Jen Beeston’s team is the best! We are closing on our house tomorrow. They KNOW VA unlike other lenders where they pretend they know va but then ask u a bunch of questions. We will definitely use them again the next time we buy another property!
Congratulations!!! I am excited about working with them next week. The moment the other lender we we're thinking about going with was asking my husband who is a retired Vet for W2's when all he has is his disability and they asked for information that was already found on his COE, I knew it was time to shop around for someone who knows VA. @@leahcorrethers6591 yeah when we refinanced our house in Tx geez how many lenders weve worked with just because theyre not understanding! We hope weve known jen before for sure it would be a breeze. If my funding fee is waived due to disability, is it worth it to do a down payment to at least bring monthly payments down??????
It can be. It depends on how much money you have and how much it will drop the payments
I only got 10% disability but I'm not paying a funding fee. What I don't like is the origination points, why it's so high?

@@JenniferBeeston No doubt, I just am one and I do ok, and I'm not meaning to be disrespectful to anyone, just a sticker shock flag went up to me when I heard that number because I'm buying a house for 1/10th that with a VA loan myself and I'm trying to wrap my mind about the size of that mortgage, roughly 10x what mine will be.... egats....
