I made this animation about 5 months ago- and wow, revisiting it now, its such a breath of fresh air to me! I actually hated this animation's guts when I uploaded it because it wasn't up to my lighting standards. I came back to this after like 5 months of not watching it, and now I feel like this is the type of animations I want to make more often, story animations with some type of meaningful message behind it, even if it's subtle. In hindsight it didn't get as much views as the other stuff but I feel much more creatively fulfilled from this type of project. My goal is to do more of this type of stuff on my own and then be able to hire a team after I do like 50 videos on my own or something. If you see this, this animation was definitely a token of inspiration to start making more stuff again. I'll push through!!!

I’m glad you picked up on the moral of the story! I really wanted to convey something meaningful through this story while having it a lil goofy in the same time. Better to stay together and to stay alone trying to get something. :D
Honestly, whatever the Minecraft movie ends up being this is what it should be like this type of animation storytelling without actual words as much as possible
Looks like Grian could use some help with mending. (The things we do in between trying to cope with the things we do in the place of mending tend to become the pain cycle). The related causes and effects of the demise became the people who gathered around him, which through their presence and changes in their lives which came through Grian became the more difficult to mend. There isn't much real understanding in this other than what we are exposed to affects everyone's behavior in stature and demeanor. It seems only those whom we've wrongly changed can forgive us for our offense. The river of conflunce was very angry with Grian. As it were, the mending book had choices. Grian was called many times to stop fishing and start rebuilding. It's incredibly difficult alone, when we can't express trauma as grief because to do so is traumatic. But we have to. To learn forgiveness takes patience because we aren't capable of forgiving what traumatized us. In this patience is guidance and gentleness.
As soon as I actually watch that episode I actually did the theory if that's possible to actually get a book of mending from actually in the ocean and it is actually possible

I was a tiny bit confused when Gem's tower started to fall over but this is absolutely amazing nonetheless :DDD
