@@chucknorris8704 yeah man it's so much better than the gopro ! I made a full review of the cam and also compared it and there's no competition this one is a lot better in so many points ! It'll be up on my UA-cam channel very soon !

don't trust the magnets. my osmo action 2 has fallen off the mount a few times.

I’ve been extremely happy with my Osmo Action 1 and I wasn’t too thrilled with the form factor of the 2, innovative and interesting as it was. Glad DJI went back to this body style. Looks like a fantastic piece of gear.

Yeah only issue with osmo action was not so wide angle view... Now that's sorted
My exact thoughts! I use my osmo action 1 daily and still love it but I definetly wanna try the 3 after watching this! I had the 2 and sold it within 2 weeks.
@@Flyin_high_pnw I bought the OA1 for around $180 about a year ago. One of the best deals I've ever had for camera gear. I ended up using it way more than I thought because it's so small and easy to take everywhere, and it is super versatile. Very impressed with the stabalization, too.

Same thing they did with the release of the GoPro Karma Drone, years ago. Smart move. Let’s just hope that the product is solid, and, you won’t have to sell a kidney to afford it! Lol

The invisible selfie stick feature looks really cool - eager to see some example videos from users to see how well it works
This would be a really magic feature, can't wait to see if it really works.
It was interesting that it said in the video that it's for skiing - perhaps it relies on there being white snow around, so the AI can paint out the stick with white.

@LeBron fan from China The Insta360 is able to hide it due to how dual lens 360° cameras work. No footage is "made up" in those. Here the AI makes up what it thinks is supposed to be behind the selfie stick. So the outcome might be the same, but the way it does it is completely different. If it works well in this camera, it's definitely a massive step forward for these types of cameras.
@LeBron fan from China I know that is one of the reasons with the extreme stability and other features which make the insta360 so attractive. However it is the first time this feature is proposed on a "direct" camera which induces a different way of "hiding" the pole (not by stitching two sides of pictures.

Since the first time i saw it, i tought the Action 2 was not the camera people needed. Too much "complicated" (memory limitation, no replacing battery) and too much small (overheating). I'm glad you came back on the previous layout.
The most appreciated thing is we can use the same magnetic mount used in the action 2 which is the best part rather than screwing and unscrewing the mount🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤

I wish the Action 4 will have the 1 inch sensor, be able to connect to microphone completely wirelessly, like the Pocket 3, and have some kind of Cinematic mode to blur out the background. For now, I'm really enjoying using the Pocket 3. Thank you for making amazing products!^^

I've been using Dji for a long time now, this company really listens to its customers, I am sure everyone here will agree with this... More power to you. I just hope the android apps were more improved...
I have a DJI Pocket 2, and this will compliment it very well. Longer 4k record time especially for walk videos and swapable batteries. Win win here. I'll get this during during black Friday sales in November and will replace my GoPro 8. Just need a headband for it for when I do waterside videos. The adventure pack costs NZ$800 so will wait until black Friday sales. Great product.

I love that mount that can easily switch to vertical and the hydrophobic screens. I'm hoping they put some of that coating on the camera lens too. I hate when I have water droplets on my GoPro lens ruining my shots

My 1st action cam was the Osmo Action 1, and I've banged, dropped, drowned and left it under the sun for hours having used it more than a year now and it still works like day 1. I skipped the Action 2 due to the reported issues it had and it seemed "rushed" for the lack of a better word. I'm glad DJI listened and delivered with the Osmo Action 3. I look forward to upgrading to it when it becomes available in our region. Cheers!

🤩😮a lot of small details like the touch screen that you can operate when it's wet or the color temperature sensor, that I wish my current action cam to have. Good job DJI!

Dji, love your products and have many of them. But now see that there are many reports of problems with focus and soft image on the action 3. Is this something you are working on fixing.

It's great to see rival camera companies pushing the boundaries, and keeping innovating... It just means that we as creators, get more and more good-quality options to choose from. Loved the footage in this video!

Thank you DJI for going back to the original form factor. The Action 2 has it’s uses too but I’d choose a replaceable battery any day
As much as i like the fact you have reverted back to the original design and love a lot of the new features.
The key flaws are as follows-
1. You need to make the charging door operate differently so that you dont have to remove it to attach external mics. Ive lost that door so many times
2. Have a mic 3.5mm input there also so we can use any type of mic such as rode directional mics etc
3. A bigger sensor would have been the best feature as low light performance isnt the best
