In Korean language they call Amma and Appa for mother and father and there are so many Tamil words. This union government in 2018 declared that princess was from Utter Pradesh princess and got 200 crores from korean government for building a temple for her in Ayodhya. She is from Ayuta kingdom which had two fish symbol in their flags. In ancient times the city was called Saketa, not Ayodhya. So that theory of her being Indian (Indo-Aryan) origin seems fundamentally flawed. Also the two fish symbol fish of UP was designed in 19th century based on 17th century nawab king symbol. After Independence when Indian Union government decided to put Hindi as a sole national language of the Country we Tamil people felt that if we allow this Tamil will also face the same fate that other regional and Tribal languages faced in the North and they not only pushing their language but also the culture. We people are rich in language, culture and history so we said If India can't make all the Indian languages as national language lets make English as associate official language. In that way we Tamil people can use our language happily in our boundaries and can connect with other parts of India and also to the other parts of the world. We fought not only for Tamil but for all the Indian languages. Because we love and respect our Mother Tongue. That's why we didn't accepted imposition of Hindi on us.
I am not favour in making hindi as national language but talking about your hindi swaling other tribal languages in North is just a ignorant comment . I am maharashtrian here we speak marathi with 100 of dialect and they are not dead due to hindi . In North india gujrat speaks it's own language ,rajasthan has its own language, punjab has its own language ,j&k has its own language, Bengal has its own language ,northeast states has their own languages but to connect each other hindi is most convenient language for north and northeast people's . I will only say that if there is any language in the south part of india which can connect the states which are in down south like Kerala ,tamilnadu etc then the people and states should pramote it with each other's support rather than opposing hindi .If this happened then the people of india will learn the 3 languages i.e their mother tongue ,hindi and one choosen south language rather than foreign english language .Because for south one can not learn 4 or 5 languages to work their or to travel their , rather than english we should have one language like hindi for southern part of india .
@@harshwardhanpatil6827 I pity people like you. How blind you are! Do you know How many languages were in North India before Hindi became Official administrative Language and how many are now? Mumbai is your capital but everything in their is only Hindi based, why? Even bollywood which functions in Mumbai is full of Hindi. How many schools their teach Marathi as a subject? Road signs, shops name board, advertising boards in maharashtra are in Marathi?? In punjab many people are still fighting against Hindi imposition. And ask yourself this question, how many percentage of people speaking Marathi in your state before and after Hindi became Official administrative language in India. In few decades there will be no Marathi in your state. In my state everywhere you go you will only see Tamil and English. Tamil for the natives and English for others states and county people. It's more easy this way. If we want to learn Hindi we will learn Hindi without any hesitation but why impose on us? Why make it compulsory? That's the question. You guys are saying make two doors one for the big dog to enter and another for the small dog to enter. But what we are saying is let the small dog use the big door too to enter. Coincidentally, during the Pallava's reign of South India, Buddhism did flourish and traveled abroad to China and Japan.

When there is a big temple like Thanjavur periya koil, a whole community was created around it so that they could live in a sustainable way. For example there would be lands owned by the temples, these lands would be given to agriculture, and after the produce, both the farmers and the temples share their profit. This way, the needs of the temple would be met and it creates employment.
This is one example of how things worked those days.

Respect to all the North Indians who have commented that they love and respect Tamil language although they cannot speak it !...Why cannot we South Indians also say that we love and respect Hindi but we cannot speak it! Isn't it fair that way? Why do you want us to also learn it and not just love and respect it :(
@राजा दाहिर That's not the point, the point is if you are claiming that you can love and respect a language even if you can't speak it, we would also like to do the same! We love and respect every Indian language, we don't hate any language! Just because we don't want to learn it, doesn't mean we disrespect it! And Btw Garhwali is designated as "vulnerable" in UNESCO's 'List of World's languages in Danger' , which indicates that the language requires consistent conservation efforts, .It has a long struggle for official recognition because of people preferring Hindi in Uttarakhand , I hope and pray that it doesn't go extinct!

Chinese is just protecting their Chinese oil tankers route to preserve continous energy supply for economic and political growth and all the more the stability of 1.2 billion ppl of the largest nation in the world. These understanding between China and India is more firmed up than ever in the past.
Stable China is good for India and Asia.
Controlled India is the strategic need for China to sustain their vulnerable oil route.
However Chinese factor had been articulated and seen as a threat to South Indian sovereignty by the indian media campaign. Meanwhile the ongoing militarisation in TN is a factor shud be address as quick as possible by the Tamil geopolitical scholars.

Possible Solution:-
Campaign such as, thru dialogues in public forum, Pattimandram-intellectual discourse among the ppl regards to
1) Militarilisation TN Region
2) TN region is a nuclear time bomb.

They want to hide the rest of the countries histories. They even steal the history, you should read about how they stole the Tamil princess Sempavalam history who went to Korea in 48 AD and how she influenced Korean culture. Tamil Pandya kingdom existed more than 2000 years ago with two fish symbol.

Why Tamils accepted English instead of Hindi? As a Tamilian how I see is, Hindi already started to spread across the country swallowing other regional and tribal languages in the North even before the Independence.
