    In my personal opinion, i believe they should add ess to skill chips.
    Some might think this is OP and rightfully so, especially when i believe it should be a 2:1 ratio - 2 skill chips to 1 ess.
    However, there are 2 ways of gaining skills chips. Using skill tokens (average 30/day) which is a 1:1 ratio and breaking down skills which is a 3:1 for a rare and 1:1 for a common.
    Now of course, there’s many useless skills which are skill chip paradise and there are big spenders who maybe have lvl7/8 skills or even higher than collecting skill chests are completely useless to. The only advantageous way to upgrade their skills would be to purchase directly lvl1, 3 or 5 skill chests. So a big spender who’s already at their ‘limit’ skill wise for the amount of marches they own wether it’s 1 of each unit type or 2 of each, rare cases like mega whales more - these players can turn 100% of skill chips… however these players are also the type to push for lvl7, they’re the type to spend money to speed things up wether it’s their CE tree, getting a exclusive skill, normal skill. They’re likely to spend anyway on ess, simple to have it quickly and not miss anytime being at their optimum strength.
    I believe this would benefit us and rivergames because it would stagger progress for smaller players. Ess is VERY important, wether they directly break down their useful skills to get the ess or break down useless ones, they’ll use these skill chips on ess at times instead of rare/common chests to get their hero skills up. Now of course, since the HT, titan gear, amount of decor these are less important than they use to be, but still important nonetheless.
    Increasing our opportunity for ess, while lowering our opportunity for rare/common skill chests i feel is an equal balance and works well for both us and rivergames. They give to us, but they also take from us. Not to mention players will need to do this later in the game to be effective, when they’ve already got skills at a reasonable level, which i believe is a minimum of lvl6. This is easily done for free, over time. March size being the biggest struggle, because it’s for all 3 unit types.
    It’s roughly £10 for a rare lvl3 skill choice chest, which is broken down gives 27 skill chips. This would mean you’d in theory need to buy 150 of these (4050 skill chips), if you wanted to use it as a method to get es5, costing £1500 (using the normal price of a rare lvl3 skill chest in point store). So this can’t be abused to get a cheap ess.
    Also, considering this will make useless skills more valuable, people may try to grind them out more. An example of this would be the 99/day from Baking Master, costing 990 baking master points.
    This costs an absurd amount of VIT, but could turn a profit for TW considering people may buy more vit, purchase the 2 vit skins, purchase any vit enhancing base skin or decor.
    Because of these reasons, sorry if i have missed any, i believe this is an effective and fair way to both help tw players 1. Have more faith in RiverGames 2. Reward players for time played and dedication, more time played, more skills/skill chips, resulting in more ess 3. Still turn a profit for TW and not make this method so op that players can lvl5 or lvl7 every single hero at will.
    Others may not agree this is balanced, but i feel like it would drastically help TW. Not to mention the profit to be made from simply making the community happy and making them continue to play. The best of both worlds!

      Its a good idea but still we have lots of useless lvl 5 and 7 es on old heroes that is just a waste sitting there and the problem is the older players spent so much on the old heroes only to be beaten by new players that spent less or the same using new heroes.

      Not sure if I got the context right. I would like to spend old hero skills and get those for new heros. We get a lot exclusive skills for Sam and so on, what shell I do with them, they are useless, I would like a rate to exchange against new skill shards and to put at other heros. And I still want more skills anyway. In every event. 🧐 If you drop out monthly new heros. Or go back to the time with less new heros. But without getting skills and spending such a lot at getting them, I will stay at my old heros. After you finished your three new heros there will already be the next three heros and your expensive bought skills are already old. That's not nice, if you never get anything out of your new heros.

      Another possible solution, which doesn’t fix prior lvl5 or 7 exclusives and certainly doesn’t help short term but could help long term is -
      Universal hero exclusive skills, costing significantly more than a specific heroes exclusive.
      I would say possibly double the cost, 4050 ess to make this skill at lvl5. This may cause you to skip heroes, with short term weakness because you’re saving, or even take you forever because you’re saving your excess ess for it whilst still making lvl5’s for specific meta heroes.
      However the idea is, more cost, more sustainability. You pay more to get the universal version of a lvl5 or 7, in return you can move this to any hero and gain the benefits of their lvl5 or 7.
      Short term, this will take time and dedication to get. Long term is you have 6 of these minimum, the average account could maintain 2 marches fairly easily on gold shards alone. Any new hero releases, you can 5* and transfer your perks and your universal exclusive. Maybe to make this favour TW a bit more, like perks make it cost 1k gems to remove/attach from a hero or 1k gems to transfer from heroes, or a cooldown of 24h so players cant just have 3 of these on their army, but they need to hit with air because it’s navy so they switch, then they need their army again and switch back.
      This also gives you reassurance that if a hero is replaced quickly, like Bryn was. Even though metas change with her now, she was released, then asuka, then snakeyes - screwing over a lot of players. This way you just lose your gold shards, a universal and transferable exclusive skill protects the player more.
      Both my ideas have their pros and cons, but honestly anything beats the current way of doing things which is risk a lvl5 or 7 on a hero that could last 1 month or 2 years. No one truly knows, it’s one of, if not the biggest gamble in the game - affecting all players, no matter what their size.

    Hi Timmy. Thanks as always. I understand everyone’s aspiration of getting something of at least 50%. Knowing the devs thinking just something would be welcome. Many of us have old money invested which just isn’t being used other than to farm. If there is to be any longevity being able to recycle is key otherwise new players buy new heroes and straight away are up to date without the historical investment. Keep well everyone and hope for a miracle that we get something back

    Considering that perks can be moved around 100% for 1k gems, I would expect to be able to move around the specific skill 100% between 2 heroes for 1k-5k gems every time.

    60% would be a great rate for recycling the shards. You could even add a gem requirement to “unlock” the exclusive skill to become recyclable.

    What they need to rework is the stats of each level of the exclusive skills.
    Currently there little to no reason to have a lvl 4 over lvl 3, or a lvl 6 instead of lvl 5. Let alone anything above lvl 7, why does it even go up to lvl 10??
    Every level should have a more equal boost in performance of the hero.

    Thanks for your time and the fantastic video T-me. I’m sure I speak on behalf of all of the players when I say, we appreciate it. I think 70% would be fair and extremely beneficial to both parties (the players and Rivergame) for 2 reasons. Number 1 it will create more engagement, players will want to spend time converting old skills and investing in new ones. Number 2, this will then lead to more people spending time on the game which will lead to greater income for Rivergame. Win, win for everyone. Hopefully the developers listen and fingers crossed for a positive outcome.

    Hi Timmy. Thanks for your content buddy. On the chips, I think the ratio must be in a way to have a sustainable outcome for both parties. meaning we must half encourage the buying of a skill to be able to swap it and not be stuck with a hero, but more flexible.
    So lets say it is a 1 to 1 swap, we wont need to buy new skills anymore and this defeats the purpose.
    3 to 1 swap is very low, to a lv7 would end up a lv6
    60%(Ratio) * 81(skills) = 48.6 which means 32.4 missing for lv5 skill
    70%(Ratio) * 81(skills) = 56.7 which means 24.3 missing for lv5 skill
    Which would encourage the spending on hero release to swap out to a stronger replacement. 30% is definitely to low, and 80% to high, 70% is actually where we want it ideally, or rather my opinion. 🙋‍♂🙋‍♂

    thank you, Tim.. for always being objective and to the point in all your amazing videos that you have done thus far.. i just want to say one thing about hero skills in particular.. it SHOULD be a given in this game to be able to recycle the exclusive skill shards at any time we want.. because it doesn't make sense for me anymore to keep getting es7 for heroes that will be replaced in a matter of months.. i still enjoy the game, but this issue is starting to get on the nerves.. and it's not the spending part that bothers me.. it's the taken advantage of part that gets me.. i truly believe that rivergame doesn't appreciate the clientele that they have.. and at the end.. thank you again for all your amazing efforts.. i hope the best for you..

    Hey t-me, hope everything is well. What about not getting anything skill related back for the old and rusty heroes, instead doing like a new shop (with a new currency that you getting for recycle hero skills.) In that shop can be everything useful that you might need , blue/purple/yellow boxes/remould/Titan gear special skills (so we get rid of some rng factors regarding titan gear)/Base skins/resonators/hologram and yeah the list can go on a long time. This way all the old farts that spend a ton of money on lvl7 skills can actually get a chance to make their old money useful again maybe at the value of like 50-60% or something like that. And everyone will still have to keep buying new hero skills, but they know if they waste the money on a lvl 7 skill etc they can get something useful back for it when it becomes bad.

    I’ve stopped spending. Do dailies. Can’t keep up with how the titan gear broke things. Gave it time to see if they’d fix it but I can’t catch those who were in the blessed servers (and sure they spent but it’s obvious they didn’t need to spend what I have to date). I can look at attributes and see I should be on par or better but for the titan gear and I’m not lucky enough for RNG to get lucky gambling away real money. The game was better when you got what you paid for with decor and bases and equipment, even HT with overlocking. But 15-45% dmg+ on a single SE, there’s no coming back and they haven’t come back. So sure 60-70% return on ES recycling would be nice but nothing fixes what’s broken. It’s really too bad.

      Agree. With the monthly events and daily spending I'm seeing $20 a day is the average spend to stay competitive in this game. Assuming you're at a good investment already! That's 7k usd a year to play! No spending for me and I'm happy being an MM and supporitng the big dogs.

      @maurelius135 absolutely. I see this differently. There are no f2p , spenders categories…there are : friends , people which I don’t know , a few enemies.
      MM need some buffs to compensate their stats weakness (also cause the vast majority are low spenders / f2p) .
      Buffs like : base buffs when defending your base …or an MM can NOT be force teleported …kill his towers first . This way it would be easier for CE’s to help the MM not to be pinballs on the map

      @@t-me8295 I'm MM VIP 15 close to 16 and I'm still getting smacked every SVS and ported roughly 30+ times. Not all MM are F2P I do know CE that are F2P not very strong but still CE. It's the Titan Gear that makes the difference and I was on a server that rarely got anything good. When they changed it I've gotten maybe 4 the entire time and that was right at the beginning since then I got nothing. It's far too costly for Titan Gear and I have a base full of decor as well but those don't seem to matter with Titan Gear

    80% skill return would be the minimum. I'm considering quitting the game just because of these exclusive skills! It's inaccessible for small players! the minimum wage in France is 1540 €, an exclusive skill level 7 = 1800 €.....

    75% conversion is reasonable. If you convert those repurposed skills a second time you get 56.6% of the orignal amount. Then a third time conversion leaves you with. 42.2%. Thus, if people choose to convert their ES on a monthly basis to keep up with monthly releases you drop down to ~40% of your starting material after only 3 months. The conversion rate of 75% sounds high, but it would deplete quickly with regular ES hero upgrades.

    There are boxes for everything (for example to change some blue hero shards in orange hero shards; or to change a formation manual in a choice box). I think, Rivergame could introduce a new item to change the exclusive skills in a choice box or random box for other heroes with different rates. Maybe introducing both boxes as rewards for some new events (or old events like empire relics, expedition base or treasue wheel etc, because their rewards are lame if you are a high level player). The treasure store is lame too so they can sell it there too.

    I have always thought what happens in Clash Royale would be good adding monthly nerfs or buffs to hero’s. Also a new rarity needs to be made for orange hero’s that are available from recruit vouchers.

      The idea is super interesting…but the vast majority of players have 1-2 marches ..imagine 1 month having your hero nerfed . I think is far easier to build your heroes in CR then it is in TW

      For this to work they would need a rarities rework making Blue hero’s Grey, Purple to Green, OG Orange to Blue, older payed hero’s Purple and newer pair hero’s orange. Because having Tian Mu be the Same rarity as Maximo is ridiculous.
      Also they should refund everyone’s used exclusive hero and ex skill shards to the hero’s new rarity (this would involve different ex skill shards rarities) meaning everyone could have 1 chance to start again with hero’s.
      By doing a refund on only paid stuff this would mean that people would still have their FTP hero’s levelled and couldn’t get a free 5 star hero off Bumblebee. But could put their spent universal shards on hero’s they wanted to use.
      This would mean TopWar could nerf and buff hero’s freely as when they were invested in people would know their hero has a chance of being nerfed buffed or reworked. This could additionally open the doors for more Grey and Green utility hero so gathering could be easier.
      Eventually in a perfect world there would be no meta and each force had 5-10 archetypes like in CR with hero’s being buffed and nerfed monthly so one didn’t become too strong. This would truly make TopWar a strategy game.
      Also game modes where only certain rarities are allowed would be hilarious.

    T-Me as always you talk complete sense and are giving the views of lots of users of the game being the voice of the so say customers of the Game. Rivergame promised last year to listen to us and be better at engaging with the community. I have yet to see this. I like many have invested time and money in this game an have all heroes with useless exclusive skills. The ability to recycle these is a must to keep me motivated. -60-70% exchange rate would be reasonable but more importantly Rivergame listen to your customers and communicate,. Just like T-Me does on behalf of the community. In fact if you were to listen, he is making your job easy and you could show you actually care about your customers rather than a one way, take take take money 😊

    T-me, when you said that there are different heroes of different ages, I thought of the exclusive skill shop. The range there is from 10-30 I believe with most of the early heroes being around 15 and the purchased heroes being 25. That being said, it might make sense to ratio these to be in proportion to the esk cost of the individual hero and that would give a built in system to take into account the age and ability of the hero. That being said, I would say 75% would be good considering all those useless shards won't get you as much as say recycling Maximo's shards to give to Abad.

    But they will probably just give them 2% dmg inc/decr on lvl 5 like selina, mei etc

    Any sense of the expected timing for this change? Players are dropping like flies from the game. It's in everyone's best interests if they bring in a simple conversion system sooner rather than later.

    What I would LOVE to see from the developers is for them to give us a choice to roll back the elite hero vouchers to the previous mode. It may seem like a good thing to some people to receive more heroes from elite hero vouchers....however they took an aluminum bat to the safety glass of perk muling. I was looking at building up some relatively okay # of hero shards to then swap skill sets from the elite voucher heroes to the good purchased heroes then all of a sudden the already slow acquisition rate plummeted because of the flood of 4-6 heroes additionally available per military branch. For example: Ghost, Bradley, Katyusha, Gira and ...maybe 1-2 more Army were added to the pool. With the fact we still get purple heroes and items EVEN with other the items and xp books still. IT SEVERELY NERFED AND NUKED PERK MULING while ONLY adding more access to WORTHLESS OLD HEROES.

    Hello everyone and thank you timmy for this so important vote!
    The heroes you are talking about are the ones that are not included in the recruitment system, aren't they? Then I think the ratio should be around 2/3, something like that.
    Is there a chance we could get ex skill shards dismantling the "free" heroes' (i.e bassel Katy, etc) esclusive skill? Of course with a far lower ratio (10-20%).

    The problem is River games sets the bar. There are older players that quit saying it has become a money grab. I don’t except it to be all for free but I do understand. It’s not about skill. It is about how much money you spend to get decor. At the same time my base looks like a scrap yard. For the game to work. I have to work towards an objective, but feeling like I’m getting robbed doesn’t help. 25 events at the same time and everything cost money doesn’t help. Throw an event or two in that you get rewarded for the time you play and not just “pay more” would go a long ways. That’s why the older players quit, and I’m asking myself why am I wasting money here. (Just my thoughts)

    It’s takes roughly 2002 uni skill shards for 81 lvl 1 skill for 1 lvl 5. I’d take 70% of that back after recycling that would be around 1400 uni shards.

    I think people will be more apt to get skill 7 if they know they can exchange their skills to shards later... i think people will be more likely to spend in the long run

      This is true, on my server players stop buying level 7s including me. It's easier to stomach wasting a lvl 5 compared to wasting lvl 7 ($1800)

    This game has gone from a fun game to a pyramid scheme and everyone is afraid to admit it. At the end of the day this isn’t a game it is a scam. When the devs don’t care about what the players have to say after spending thousands of dollars. …it’s just a scam but who will quit first?

    I would say the best thing for us and also for RG would be if we could swap our old exc for shards.
    i would say that an exchange of 60-70% would be ok. so we start the negotiations at 70-80%.😂😂
    The other option would only be a short term solution until the new heroes are again much stronger.
    Thank you for your efforts and hopefully RG will understand our concerns and increase communication with their players as this is the only way we can make the game much better.

    I have an exclusive skill with a passive stat bonus. Do I need to put skills on heroes to activate stats?

      If it's passive it has to be installed on the hero, but the hero can stay in base

      Now. As long as the hero special skill is equip on that hero , it’s active. You do NOG a need to use the hero in a march

    Gameplay is what the devs should be focused on. Making graphics updates without putting war back into top war is an insult. Gameplay, having relevant rewards, giving heroes a longer shelf life ,by giving players the control to have unique set ups that click or not work well together (and everything in between) when put into battle against other unique hero set ups. So that there is always a unique hero combination that that can take down another. And that one is vulnerable to a different unique set up type thing, that should be utmost priority. I have little hope these days, they don't seem to care about such things.
    The next event should be called Cash Grab. We spin a wheel rigged to payout 20% to get tickets to pick up 💄 lipsticks that spawn on the map. Then we shoot lipstick at a pig and when it hits we get a lvl comp box and a chance at a formation box that might have something worth a shit. Thats more likely tho

    What about every other hero For each unit type, exclusive skill 5 gives you an extra buff that the hero. Don't need to be in battle for. .

    I would like them to allow old hero's to be transformed into decor and the skills be used to either recycle to es shards or decor shards to lv up such decor

    Transparency is super important. If you're going to improve the old heroes and let us turn their skills into Exclusive Skill Shards, tell us you're definitely doing both!
    Nothing will anger players more than offering a way to make a hero useless while simultaneously providing a way to make them useful, meaning we sacrifice that hero only to learn they're actually good under the new version.
    As for a percentage recovery of Exclusive Skill Shards for old hero skills, I think 60-70% would be reasonable, 80% would be better.
    Keep in mind that this is a diminishing return, as the number of old skills available drops dramatically.
    This game will succeed in player retention far better if it makes it possible to compete without spending your life savings.
    The best part of it is the community, but you lose friends as they can't keep spending the money you demand, so then the big spenders don't want to stick around because the friendships they've made are not strength dependent...

    Cannot buff hero - all heroes that are part of the franchise they cannot be released again. so what about people who don't have them or joined later.

    If to have 3 exclusive skills in tanks I need x fragments, once I have them, if I can put them in the skill of the hero I want by recycling them, once I have them at 7 it will be like perks and I will stop needing to buy skill boxes in each event, so 60% seem decent.

    75% at least... We're still having to buy or grind, but not starting over from the beginning of each hero... would probably convince me to buy and upgrade more heroes and be more interested in the game.

    so it will always 3x from the lower level
    IF, there is a chance to make/turns the old heroes skill shards to be a skill shard, i would recommend it will be 9:1,
    yes, 9 lv1 to 1 skill shard.
    why? because, we know that we have more ancient heroes (saying ancient, for all heroes that born before "YUU" / "AKATORA")
    and all that heroes can gain its excl skill from skill research (camps - token skill - recycling skill).
    old ancient heroes in number is more than sufficient in my opinion to have at least lv3 skill shards on each of them.
    and by comparing the price, i believe the ratio is enough.
    hero gold shards :
    --
    as the same as exclusive skill shard,
    BUT for its ratio, it should be more and more expensive.
    i suggest, at least a complete hero star lv2 gold shards needed on a single hero, to (randomly choosen : 1 or 2 or 3), at maxumum 5 gold shards.
    yes, it would be;
    star1 : 5 x 4GS
    star2 : 5x 12GS
    it would be 80 shards + 10 specific hero shards (to obtain the hero) = 90 hero shards in total to exchange to (randomly) 1 up to 5 max hero gold shards.
    how to implement? when the heros is on bonds, and had it finished the specific bond quest, it may come to "recycle condition". ONLY the shards that used to have that specific heroes to up it level at star1 and star2. it will repeat the same process from begining. ONLY shards from the same hero is allowed to be recycled to be GS, there is no chance to mix the heroes shards between the others (heroes).
    BUFFING old hero?
    as @T-me's mentioned, and i completely agree with him, it is a BAD IDEA to buff the old heroes. to certain point, on which, new HERO will only keep arriving, and more capabilities to compare with old heroes, on which this situation makes old heroes become useless. to the point, it is worthless. so, do not need to buff old heroes.
    mutant - ing ancient heroes, will only makes them silly. (silly? why? Titan Gear)

    there is absolutely a good chance to turns at least part-of-the-Titan-Gear items, whatever it is, to be put in the list of rewards in any "normal" (say, free) event/task/per-day quest.
    random number of chances to own a single Titan Gear? well i completely agree as long as the skill/perks within this Titan Gear "stay the same" useful.

    60%+ would be ideal. But the issue is that the old accounts will suddenly have a crazy amount of es7’s, 8’s and 9’s. So, people may as well buy cheap, old accounts rather than levelling a new account. So, instead, they could keep the 60%+ conversion and do a slow rollout by releasing a feature to convert one old exclusive skill to exclusive shards. This feature could be then reintroduced a few times a year. Another option is to have a staggered conversion based on the age/utility of the hero (old heroes have a lower conversion rate). Or lastly, make everything convertible at 33%. So an es7 gives you back an es6, or es5 gives you back an es4. Trying to think realistically here.

    I see it like this sińce there is a exclusive skills store we know how much we should get for example for lv1 megatron shard , but if top war would includ heros like Edward then 70% would be ok

    "re-defining" the old heros seems to be a big and unsolvable problem in my opinion. So an exchange of E-Skills into shards should be much more easier to implement without any problems creating with balancing and so on. So my "wish" would be 2:1 or 3:1 ration which seems fair and useful to me - GOOD one T-Me as always 💪💪

    A conversion rate would most likely be best. But also I think the tier system worked together with a conversion rate would be best. For example as tme said tier 1 heros get 10% es return tier 2 get 20% es return tier 3 get 30% es return.

    60% is realistic to me, gets you incentivized to buy a skill knowing its not going to be a total waste in the future and it will provide enough diminishing returns so that we are still interested in buying those in the future. This will also pave the way for some of the spenders to go extra mile and get a lvl 7s .. And we know that once you get on that slope there is almost no going back, which is going to be a win for RiverGames.

    We should be able to recycle any exclusive skill shard.
    It can be tiered
    1. Theme heroes - 80% value on recycle
    2. Non theme fully paid heroes - 70% value on recycle
    3. Non theme free to play heroes (skill shards available for gems in multiple events) - 60% value on recycle

    I think for the first 100 each hero skills you recycle you get 15 shards, and anything more than a 100, you get 10 back

My point is that.... if you want to get ex. 50%-80% return, you can get all time skill lv7 of newest heroes without pay. Who bussines will accept that.? Anyway i thought that better few than noone.

    Have a different or exclusive tier for crossover heroes. Using the same orange tiles for all the heroes is ridiculous and cumbersome. Have heroes from Kung Fu Panda, Pacific Rim, Transformers, etc. be Diamond or platinum tier and so strong that special means to acquire them are needed.

    Allow 100% recycling to exclusive skill shards. We paid real money for them. But the trade off is create a new class of hero's above gold. Like platinum hero's with platinum skill shards. And allow us to convert the gold shards to platinum 100% conversion.

    60% is fair in my opinion, and easy to convert by making a 25 skill shard skill break down into easily calculated 15 shard amounts. It allows you to keep up with new hero level 5 skills as a mid level player. I could see potential for more snowballing and breaking the battle system due to more bigger spenders having 7s though. So....
    At the end of the day, this is something spenders want more than the average player. I still say the focus needs to be on game modes like Titan Canyon where any level of player can shine by PLAYING the game. Loot Quests were a pretty good idea. More activity will translate to more money spent. Whales without other players to play with just have a reverse job, and once more realize that the game will die quickly. It's happened hundreds of times before.

    This discussion has been going on for a while now. Tbh I think they should put a recycling option on GS, ES and even Perking. Lot of newer players make a lot of errors in the beginning like me. Like this you can decide to redo things the way they should be to be the best as for you as a player. Yes there will be a charge. Think a reasonable fee would around 30/40% like that we can get around 60 to 70% of our GS, ES and perking back.

    Hi brother, thank you for all the stuff that you do. I think 60-70% would be fair. I don't think that buffing old heroes is a good idea. Also new event is a catastrophe. Can you tell them not to rub us with events like that?

    Seems like the recycling of the old exclusive shards at middle rate would be a good choice. The old hero’s could have an added buff like damage + etc at a higher level say lvl 7 this may stop all being recycled and still encourage purchasing exclusives for those that want to.

    70% is a good rate, But I want it to be consistent. I definitely don't want something that'll be random from 10%-70% because as we can see from things like chip shuffle, it can be as good as 70% but more often than not its always

    I would love a 70% exchange.
    At the same time I think if they plan to buff the heros they need to add easier and cheaper was to get this old hero. I mean why are we still paying $$$$ for a hero that is a years old. Add them to premium or elite voucher.
    However, I feel what will happen is they add new areas like into the unknown or expedition base where if you have X or Y hero to get Z bonus.

    70% would be wonderful...I still have old heroes where skill 5 helps me improve my account and now I can't because I don't have enough shard skill...and new heroes will come...plus we also need heroes to farm than tor the kind of useless heroes

    Older players will have alot of old unused heros. This means that we will most likely be able to get our more used heros finally upto that level 7 skills. So if this is done, perhaps don't implement it on the newer servers. So we old servers can claim a little advantage back on the new over powered new servers

    Skill chips paid for with dollars are like driving a car off the lot...lost value instantly. They should actually give more exclusive shards back for the skill chips. I know it wont happen but is cp for old heroes less than new?

    Personally this idea wouldn’t make me spend less on hero skills it would actually open the possibility of me using lvl 7 exclusive skills more and probably spending a bit more on newer heroes instead of only lvl 5 skills for good new heroes. 60-70% would be a great exchange rate

    i think it will be more exciting for the players if TW implement exchange points same as the extra "general R&D plan" and one of the item at the exchange shop would be the "skill shard lucky chest"..
    But hopefully they won't lowered the chance rates 😂😂😂
