Correction : irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) are two diff things , IBS is idiopathic chronic relapsing disorder in which abdominal discomfort like pain bloating distention cramps with alteration in bowel habits sometimes diarrhea and sometimes constipation or both
But in case of IBD there is inflamation in git and in IBD there are two disorders 1) CROHNs disease 2) ulcerative colitis
