Adam, I just love your videos since I was a slide operator last summer but this year I’m currently training as a lifeguard. I was on the swim team in HS as a freestyle swimmer. Is that the same as front crawl?

How about any 66 year olds out there???
I swim 1.25 miles to 1.5 , five days a week. Brick dive no issues, But I am no longer a natural floater due to weight loss. Can I get away with wearing neoprene swim shorts? Maybe under my swim trunks???

That is a good question. I don't think they would notice, especially if you wore it under your swim trunks. But I wouldnt necessarily reccomend it. I would do practice the treading exam without them and see where u r at.
