Actually, sometimes, the eccentric comic relief characters in some works have this kind of power, almost like reading minds made them go kind of crazy or that their not actually so crazy other than hyperness so much as they have an inner sense of wisdom with this kind of thing. I think Pinkie Pie from My Little Poy is able to do this, and there's a ton of Chowder related episodes with 4th Wall Breaking (No wait, the latter doesn't count, but there was an episode where he became a genius and broke the 4th wall immensely, not to mention the episode whee they ran out of money an you got to see the actors, that was weird even for that show, LOL. XD) That being said, maybe Gundham and Ibuki would actually make a really good ship, or even just friends. :p

Frank Galaxy Chiaki is 100% forced - she plays games like the gamers playing it, she helps quite a lot and she's "cute" (according to my friends) - I like Ibuki because she says funny things and has a great charm while with chiaki it feels like the devs made her likeable just so they could crush your heart in chapter 5.
