I mentioned this in a previous comment, but I'll mention it again. The trap doors should have safety locks to prevent them from easily opening due to excess weight. Also, this probably wouldn't have happened in the British version, as they have less total banknotes for the million (40 bundles of £25,000, each bundle with 500 £50's, 20,000 total notes;compared to 50 bundles of $20,000, each bundle with 1,000 $20's, 50,000 total notes), and therefore, the million weighs less.
