I use Mac and iPad. I don't use windows for music. I use external audio device, like Rme or Tascam. An expression pedal is very important in live music.

Yes! You can control all the parameters via midi.
You can also use a breath controller, such as TEControl or EWI to control the expression
Yes! I don't have a breath controller in my studio but peraphs in the future😂😂
Just use SWAM hooked up to Akai EWI or Roland AE.. blow into it like a real wind instrument.
