Although I have played both of them but GTA San Andreas has the best weather effects as compared to any recent GTA game, that's why it was ahead of it's time when it came out in 2004. The gta mobile games are great because you get a storyline also you can get gta vcs and lcs for free using ppsspp emulator so that means you can get the entire storyline of the 3d games for only like 17 dollars wow
