You can use a CA to build up your stack faster instead of spamming NA all the way. You can also use Heizou's E first in the rotation to give everyone else 80 EM (especially units that can snapshot) and build a stack for extra DMG if you use Kagura

It isn't necessary to always CA for more stack since the skill could be on CD (but still try to use the skill the moment its available), I usually restart my rotation after another Heizou E, though preferably on full stack, for the quickness of it, I'd recommend just pressing the skill for the 80 EM You could also use only just NA (when your skill is on CD and your stacks are mostly ready) to drive other utilities (Xingqiu's/Yelan's/Beidou's/Thoma's ult). Especially if you want as much Vaporize for Xiangling in National or to apply as much Hydro as possible for EC + DMG. Also, in National, it may be hard to swirl both Pyro and Hydro for VV, so what I'd usually do is don't perform any NA w Xiangling, do one NA + CA w Heizou (swirl pyro) before doing an NA cancel + Ult (swirl hydro; tap NA then Ult), then you'd have all of your stacks ready for skill just in time it has recharged (Easier w C1) which allows you to use it again. Note that this works only w Xingqiu and when you stand close to the enemy for his passive hydro application. Yelan's water arrow would only vaporize, and Xiangling would be applying pyro again once your animation is finished.
if you need two swirls just do n1c (normal attack into charge attack). his normals and charged have separate icds. note that if you swirl on two different foes you can just use n2 (two normal attacks) instead as long as each attack hits a different foe with a swirlable element applied

Pulled for Nuvi and got a C5 Fischl, whom I dislike her character and her playstyle... And with her, C2 Heizou and C3 Yao Yao. lol. That's a lot of pulls for Nuvi and primo gone in a poof. hahah.. And still no Nuvi.
Fischl Furina and Kuki or Dori (Xilonen too if you really want to super buff Furina and Fischl) is a really good team where you can run him as a DPS and driver on, still ideally on VV though. The reaction buff made the biggest difference at no or low EM so it actually works out well now With above team you can also run various Electro DPS and it has the option of using him more off field if one just wants to make good use of him but not play him as on field as a Prototype Amber holder woth VV, his very very short CD on burst actually makes him amazing in general with Furina. He is arguably one of the best, definitely the most Under rated Prototype Amber holders in general
@@WhoopiSoulberg Yup, unlike TTDS it has no cooldown, or at least none that can be breached by any character atm given the burst requirement, so his super short CD means he utilizes it better than anyone else

I've never seen Heizou's kit telling me his E or elemental skill can be casted nor deal damage off field for you to look forward to building 4pc golden troupe.
I’m not sure if it’s his BiS (probably not) but I found it worked well in my runs. I think 2pc VV, 2pc attack is probably better but if you have a good 4pc Golden Troupe give it a go. I found it satisfying seeing the big skill numbers and found he cleared the abyss just as quick as the usual 2pc 2pc 🥊
i mean if u manage to E in 2 seconds after entering on field... Personally I'll try to build him Anemo DPS on field in electro charged team and use the tf set to spam his skill more often Seems fun
Unfortunately he is worst than Sucrose as driver, because she simply gives more EM to everybody, attacks as fast and groups much better. As main dps he is really good in 4 star category tho, I used him a lot back in a day. When I didn't have Kadzuha ;)
Golden Troupe, really? are his multipliers that good that he can afford to forego the extra 25% skill dmg boost? surely the Desert Pavilion set is worth a mention? would a double 2-pc Anemo bonus be overkill? anyway, I'll just have to live with it if i end up getting a C1 Noobilet on my way to a C6 HeyJoe.
I should have mentioned Desert Pavilion my bad, it will work well on him as a driver or dps although I’d still go VV as a driver. Golden Troupe is solid especially if you have good substats 💪 good luck with your pulls
Golden Troupe would probably be best if you're using him as a Quickswap Nuke and Battery. Maybe give him Hakushin Ring, Favonius Codex, or Prototype Amber for additional utility.
A lot of people built pity going for Ororon and now they might have to skip Heizou 😭 my advice is to prioritise your 5 stars though. Heizou is a lot of fun but even at C4 you’re still getting a lot of his value

I used to use R5 Solar Pearl on him and you're right it does look good on him 👀 yeah a lot of people built pity on Ororon and now Heizou's being run with 5 stars they already have 😭 it will be worth it for Citlali though
@WhoopiSoulberg we're in desperate need of a new 4 Star Pull or Pity system cause we've got some taking longer to rerun than some 5 Stars nowadays! I'm partial to the idea that the usual Six 4 Stars should be available throughout both Phase 1 and 2 with the player getting to choose which 3 are in each Phase, like the Weapon Banner's Path choosing. This would also help mitigate that situation we've been having of late where the elements of the 4 and 5 Stars don't line up at all for cohesive team building (like Geo and Dendro running together that actively harm one's performance, Xilo for example can't have too many non-pech elements without Cons otherwise she switches off some utility). As well of course this would make New 4 Stars have broader accessibility, prayers that "Supposed" new banner system includes new 4 Stars on Phase 1 as well.

Diluc and Neuvi are both on field dps. Don't use them together
