Any tips for using bags with tubing ? As leader ban on local water and very weedy ?

Thanks for your question, in regards to tubing, although you can't pre-tie them in advanced, you can still use the same loading way to produce the ultimate Pva bag. As and when you can use leaders I would get some of these pre-tied as it really does save time and get you fishing quicker - This can put extra fish on the bank for you.

Can I use any flour?
Hello
You can use flour to keep your bags dry whilst stored in buckets etc. Small pellets/ground pellet is the best bait options for pva bag fishing. No bigger than a 3mm pellet.
