A lot of what you're talking about, I've experienced through low doses of mushrooms. It doesn't guarantee anything for any one, but it seems to have transformed my life. I don't depend on them, but I know that feeling that's so beyond words. I was blissed out on the bed listening to aum chanting with a crystal bowl, and it's like existing just felt so incredible. I can tap into that more and more through the spiritual music and dancing. I'm a bit of a contrarian. I know I'm supposed to sit cross legged in meditation, but I'm so aware of sitting in a position that I don't really wanna be in, that the whole experience is just being aware of sitting, so when I lay on my bed, I can ignore the body almost entirely and the mind can rest so I can become pure awareness. I can only fall asleep on my side.
Thank you for sharing this. It resonates deeply and helps to survive along the way. For me it was both the concepts of unlearning and gratitude that got me by surprise. Now learning to trust the process and the fact that we already carry all answers inside. Still, external support like your channel makes so much difference.❤
I really appreciate this video. In summary: we will not attain the enlightenment we seek by looking outside of ourselves. As we are part of the universe itself it is as Christ has said in the Gnostic Gospels, "the kingdom of Heaven is within you." We have within us All that we need already, as we are fractals of the divine itself, the Tao, the Source. The way to touch this with ourselves, the awakening you suggest, is when we are still and at peace, when we let go of those things that distract us from being fully present in the fullness of what we truly are. This is exactly what Yoda said to Luke, which itself comes from Eastern traditions that remind us of who we truly are. I have experienced this on a couple of psilocybin sessions. We are already connected to the divine, and we can never be separated from it. There are plenty of religions and political systems that tried to convince human beings that they are separate from the divine. This is nonsense.
I enjoyed your meditation just before listening to this video and it was perfect timing. I do crave for that special meditation but I know i am not to try and force anything. Thank you .
Rj Spina was saying 7:00 detachment is the single most powerful thing we can do to ' manifest. The law of detachment is very powerful! Focus you energy (I think he said under your belly button and spine, maybe lower... So the energy doesn't flow up) can help with detachment. He's an interesting fellow, healed himself of chest down paralysis fully 110% plus hoshimoto disease type 1 diabetes thyroid issues sepsis eating away at his spine and some other things!
Logan, forgiveness and letting go of bitterness is a major issue in Jesus Christ's teaching, as I'm sure you're aware. It blocks us from all God intends us to be and experience. We would view a lot of other things differently, but we are definitely in agreement on that. Thanks for sharing. Nathan
Hey man. I had a unintentional "kundalini awakening" through a mantra meditstion. (Nevet heard of kindalini) I could go on all day aboutvthe effects after. But after the effects wore off so to speak, i was right back to resentful, jealous and general not great human atttibutes, alltough i would say i was more aware of my ways and a lot better than before, So queston is, whats the point, as were always just human.
The experience of a kundalini awakening is not the destination; it is a profound glimpse of your infinite potential and true nature. It unveils the awareness that you are not merely the patterns of resentment, jealousy, or limitation but the observer of those patterns. The real work begins after the awakening-the alchemical process of integrating that awareness into your daily life. Every human attribute you perceive as 'not great' is a reflection of unintegrated energy, an opportunity for transformation. The point is not to escape your humanity but to transmute it, to realize that your “humanness” is the very canvas upon which the divine paints its masterpiece. Awakening is an initiation, not an endpoint-it invites you to live consciously, continually expanding your awareness and embodying the truth you have glimpsed.
@btryan1000 same here, the effects kinda wore off, but my lows aren't quite as low. It showed my what is possible. That one with the universe love vibration was unforgettable
I am currently in my life stage where i have tried all religious and spiritual practices Put alot of effort but seen no real results Not that i like it but am kind of becoming agnostic I guess am asking too much questions on the matter of God and the afterlife 😒😒😒
I've studied these things since I was 16 (I'm 72), and have had a few spiritual experiences, and am convinced, logically & intuitively, that all this is true. But I have yet to have that moment of KNOWING it, on a deep level. The comment in the title of this video about "Kundalini" is what I'm really interested in! Now, just how to get it activated.... 😊
I don't understand. I already have it and dont need to do anything to attain it, but I still have to do stuff to realize i already have it, which in my unenlightened state, sounds like trying to attain something. I feel like I'm doing it wrong, and i know the perception that I'm doing it wrong is the wrong perception, which means I'm doing it wrong. Im afraid if I meditate wrong -- if i have the wrong posture, if i dont pull my legs into at least a half lotus -- my kundalini is gonna go up my spine wrong and my soul is gonna fall into hell or something. Im afraid if I have the wrong idea about reality I'll mess it up. Is reality like Hindu nondualism with one big Soul, or is it like Buddhist emptiness with no soul at all? The Buddhist Shobogenzo scripture says that if you think of reality as "mind", you're looking at it wrong. And what if it's something else, like Christian theism? How do I know? If I start with the wrong idea, I could end up spending the afterlife in agony because I didn't see how reality actually is. And not just the afterlife; my failure to attain by not attainimg will also lead me to keep messing up what's left of this life, and everyone will call me a loser who wasted his life.
Hey, not sure if you are making a joke or asking completely seriously. I think I do see the point you are trying to make. I am close to the beginning of this process, but I think what might help is considering the following : on one side it is a bit like that story of wise men with blindfolds going to examine the elephant. One touched the ear, another the trunk, another got the leg... Ultimately they tried to describe the same thing. Every description fails here at some point. That is why direct experience must be given a priority. which then points to unlearning and letting go discussed in the video. I certainly had to let go of all preconceptions of what it is like. And I failed - found myself clinging to some bits like I was going to die (because I was in a sense😂). Maybe not always but this process is brutal - beyond words people dont mention this often enough. Second and last pointer is that we have things much wiser and more powerful inside than our minds. This is not an intellectual exercise. Some books talk about 3 minds: intellect heart and gut and achieving harmony and alignment.Yet these are only our instruments for experiencing the undescribable. All the best.
John 3 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. John 14 6 Jesus Christ said; I am the Way, the Truth and the Life; no one goes to the Father except through Me.
I did this guided letting go meditation by fearless man on plant medicine as an atheist. Pretty wild experience. No longer an atheist after that
Wow! Thanks for sharing your experience❤️🙏

Kundalini is an Indian word so what do people do to awaken before they learn that word 100 years ago
The process of forgiving and letting go is simple, but it's definitely not easy. It is however, very rewarding! ❤️
Yes, absolutely! Thanks for watching❤️🙏
I love how I really needed this video today. And you made it for us. A dark night leads to the light of dawn.

@@LoganBarone There is no destination. We already are where we need to be in a non dual level.
After how long or how much practice, did you have this experience?

I like : Let go and let god but I say let the universe…
John 3 16
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.
John 14 6
Jesus Christ said; I am the Way, the Truth and the Life; no one goes to the Father except through Me.
From your reply, quotes from the bible, I am guessing you don't approve of deep meditation for spiritual enlighten ?
Elkhart Tolle kinda gives this boring, quiet, monotone vibe of always being enlightened... and it looks no Bueno. IS that what Peace looks like?
My problems,do not exist
