MACHINE is such a professional man. Apologizing when he cuts someone off, waiting for the opinion before he pushes the topic. Hell! He even mutes his mic just to hit his vape.
If he has a flaw, it's that he is too uncontroversial. When talking to Thorin it becomes very yinyang with Moses a pleasant middle ground. Very enjoyable to watch.
CSGO casters are the best casters in eSports. They literally make the simplest eSport game so enjoyable to watch and are one of the primary reasons why I always watch CSGO instead of other eSports when they broadcast at the same time.
Great mention of drive to survive! As a die hard F1 fan, that content changed my life!!! I went from 0 F1 friends to doing brunches every sunday to watch the race with all my buddies!!!
This was quality. Was great to see Machine just chilled out having a chat, he's a great guest. Props to you guys for providing some solutions to the problems you all face
really nice to see a glimpse of the real machine, love to you all. I have for sure experienced the counterstrike fatigue, hope it get better after covid.
46:32 _why do i remember that scene so vividly_ Trying to get back across to his own side of the desk without being seen, assuming the camera’s pointed at Chad and Henry, before being called out with the camera over his position, visible in a Hawaiian t-shirt and bright yellow crocs. Proof that these guys are doing a damn good job as entertainers and not just casters.
Building and presenting the stories of the players is so incredibly important. We have been telling the archetypal hero stories for millennia and still do, more resources have to be allocated to it by the TOs
I like the daily CS. As it has been the same from basically February to September on EU online now. It's part of my routine and I write and bet on most stuff. I miss offline events on stream and in the arena. I felt bad during the Playerbreak. I wouldn't mind more excitement or a fresh format, but I enjoy the 3BO3 every day but Monday. The casters have great chemistry (in EU) and the Monday podcast fills the gap.
CS has the best talent pool of any video game, without any question. So many great names have recently cycled in or out of the circuit, and yet the scene is still absolutely stacked with amazing entertainers. I hope Redeye, HenryG, Moses, Pansy, Semmler, Scoots, Richard Lewis and others never leave the CS talent pool permanently, even though some have taken time away from a role in front of the camera. I hope everyone can make it through to the other side of this shitty virus.
Reddit will complain about not having extra content on the desk or not enough analysis. But half those people are alt tabbed anyway. The issue is the audience for half this stuff. People just sit on new and insta downvote all new content. coL is pumping out documentary quality videos and barely hitting 20k viewers. While the newest superstitum video consistently gets 1 mil plus. Honestly wish esports just went the ppv model so we could fund some cooler content.
@@hansgerber8654 From the little info Richard himself gave and my low iq trying to understand: 1. He mentioned Machine having a big ego. 2. When Richard got the job at ELEAGUE as a deskhost, he told the people who hired him that eventually they should hire Machine over him. That happened. 3. Machine passively aggressively tweeted out he should be hired to basically all the events as a desk host which "encourages the worst elements in the scene" (fans presumably). 4. Machine has some of the worst fans out there (comparing it to brazilian fans) because they would make it a rivalry between them for no reason. So basically to make this short, Machine's ego, narcissism or passive aggressiveness whatever you want to call it, is what annoyed Richard, and is what turned stupid fans into hating Richard. I don't think the two of them ever had beef personally but they've atleast fixed whatever was going on between them.
Please read this comment if you are harvesting idea's. Make the events interactive with content creators. No offense but since you're not technically "creative" but rather commentators.. seek support. Some idea's you have are good but some aren't. Content creators like "nadeking" or "superstitum" should have their content playing on the breaks etc. Leverage help from the community AND get the community involved (and get exposure). People like Sean Geares who also has some mind-blowing insightful analysis to demo's should be able to help remotely and feed the nerdy cool side of the game. Utilize the eco-system when thinking about "creating content" don't put it all on yourselves.
Cant fix the talent seen in a cheater ridden F2P game. The actual roots of the game - which is MM - has become completely unplayable. Any actual talent that needs to start in the game is gonna get turned off by getting rekt by super obvious cheaters that 40bomb every game. The game has been dead since F2P - the results of this are starting to show, as almost no new talent is pushing into the higher levels of competition.

I need a lot more of Alex on these types of shows.
Yesss
Turns out Machine just makes every trio better, cheers for the episode legends!

VALORANT CASTERS :
- Doesn't know anything about the game
- Toxic
- Thinks stats are everything
- Annoying
the moses rant in the end was something else
Perfect way of finishing off one of the best episodes yet
@Slagg CS you posted cringe bro
Moses's headset is straight out of the X-Men. It's like a portable version of Cerebro.
Professor Sex!
90 degrees away from looking like Bane
I love MACHINE, wish he did more stuff!
Alex is such a down to earth person. Would love to see more of him

Another amazing episode ofc, I can't actually believe this is free, feeling so guilty about not having money to support Thorin on patreon as a student

Really enjoyed this. Thx lads

Been listening to machine's casting since the cod4 promod days. Glad to finally see him guest here
I know almost nothing about CS:GO, but this was still so entertaining to watch that I kind of want to play and watch it now.

fantastic episode. would love to watch this as a regular series.
Machine is as a good on podcasts as he is on the desk. His insight was interesting
Keep up the good work Thooorin
love the honesty guys crazy to think tournament organizers wouldnt want to listen to talent for change
Really enjoyed this video! Keep up the good work! More of this type of stuff if it's possible, cheers!
We need more Machine content. Come on mate, you would kill it
Thank you for this content
i havent watched one of these in a while, really good listen!
Casters are like narratives of the game. Imagine only looking at pictures in comic books without reading the quotes. You'd end up confused!
MACHINE CAN'T STOP SHREDDING THAT DAMN VAPE
Trust me, once you've started doing it in your room it's hard to ever take a break lol Quite a lot of talent vaping, right?

Great podcast! Thanks
I really enjoyed that Machine been on.
They could have made the title fixing the broken talent machine :(

CS GO Talents are all Machines :)) Literally !
1:10:00 would be really cool to see implemented
Did he forget to update twitter in the bottom right?
Moses literally looks like a thumb ......especially with that gigantic horseshoe on his head
What if you did double elimination but the second one was bo1
Did MoMo slim down?
Thorin and Moses' heads look way too small when they wear headphones
DDK would be jealous!
Moses legit looks like Beetlejuice.
Dazed!!!!
we should all become cricket fans, then a 8 hour best of 5 is just the length of an average ODI problem solved 😝😝😝😝
seize the means of (broadcasting) production (=
Moses unchained
yeee
CSGO TOs should learn a thing or two from Dota2 TI TOs.
You know its Valve who puts on the the international
woah a dazed intro

When they say talent they mean the commentators/hosts
I love MACHINE, the host. I hate MACHINE, the caster.
Yessss exactly
Nah, his casting with spunj and pansy is supreme
Yeah I've been really enjoying his casting past couple of months
@@hackereports1128 Good for you dudes!
Every Machine is a good machine wdym? Love machine
