How did you hold the clutch in place while tightening the pressure plate? The hole is too small to pull the tool back through. My pressure plate looks like yours so how did you get it back out or how did you hold it in place? I’m about to change my clutch with a 335is clutch. Did you take that center piece out of it? And if so does it need to be reinstalled?
I'm about to do the same clutch with a SMFW. When you installed the new throw out bearing, do you remember if it was in the low or high position for the iS clutch?
It was actually in really good condition so i didnt bother and mainly because smfw wad out of stock. I just sanded it down a bit by hand incase it was glazed anywhere

Impact on and then had a pin mad to lock fly wheel while i torque it

Sweet!! I was soo bummed that I couldn’t get smfw cause of backorder man. And i think its more on the low side since i have the stock flywheel

First time took 2 full days on the floor now on the floor takes about 4 hours 🤣🤣🤣
