Ginger is getting there, definitely improving ally and it’s grest to watch, very good momentum snag by zain tho game 4. All around cool set between young talent.
Depends. I personally believe that with all the recent technology and methods of efficient practice that Ginger would have the edge in almost every way. But I believe that PPMD had some of the best edgeguarding, lasers, and adaptability. I’d say Neutral would either be even but would probably initially favor Ginger but would edge to PP’s favor late game based off how hard he could adapt and how hard Ginger would be able to counter. I personally also think Ginger’s main weakness stems around focusing too much on flow chart Falco and a general game plan rather than specifically picking someone apart for their bad habits. Not saying he’s bad in that regard but just that it’s not as strong as his other aspects. There’s also the question of his composure. Not sure how he’s affected by pressure in comparison to PPMD but I would give Ginger the edge there too. PPMD was sort of known for getting into his own head back in the day. Prime PP (2013-2015) I would say could and probably would win but this is all hypothetical Don’t take anything I say too seriously I’m just being a nerd lol
It might seem odd but it's a fairly neutral, non-interactive for both players to play solely the game. Years ago Hungrybox would grime people by looking at their controller to be able to react to DI on dthrow with rest.
>>What they said. Assholes like Hbox would resort to the old Halo 2-3 method of looking at the opponent's screen/controller to gain an advantage. I get the whole "whatever it takes to win" mentality, but surely one could draw a line somewhere. To me, fucking screen peaking/controller peaking crosses that line. If you react to a person based on studying them, that's fair. But reacting and reading them by watching their hands is dirty. Sue me. fuck
@@thatdude3977 have you ever played puff? it's soul-crushingly boring, you have to accept looking like a complete loser every time you play, for months, with no friends and nobody wanting to play with you, and the whole time you are aware every other character in the game is more fun than the one you are playing. and after all this, knowing you are looked down on by those around you, you gotta block all of that out to further grime your opponent by looking at their controller. it takes someone truly... special.
I was watching Armada streaming the tournament and he said they decided to have a separate room at the event for viewing, which I also thought was an odd choice. My guess is the people in the actual room watching were other top 8 members and vg employees.

Ginger is a good example of it never being too late to make your mark in melee
After all Top players quit because of puff
Still impressive though
Weizenclown416 literally nobody is quitting because of puff.
@@kirbycutterkid plup is quitting because of puff so you are wrong there
Joestar not quitting more like a break but I get your point
14:36 Double power shield
Zain has that marth grab range at 16:23
Yo this glitches the Video for me I think.
9:56 now he will try
Lol
Marth is so bad at killing at late percent, but so good at gimping at 0.
Lol no you can gimp at late percentages as well.
Luis Lebron Nah
up tilt?
RB OC Up tilt is trash and easy to avoid
This very set they were talking about how jab run off up b literally works at any percentage
Ginger startin a resume for top 20 at least for this quarter. Dude's been putting in work!
he got ranked 18th :)
Ginger made Zain WORK for that last stock. Respect.
wow both players have improved so tremendously
Damn Zain’s magnetic grab at 16:23 is OP.
what a great set
14:36 WE GOT THOSE
Im calling it now, Ginger and Zain going to be in top 5 some day
Just looked at the bracket. Ginger went on a RAMPAGE through losers holy crap.

Ginger played great. I saw the inner ppmd come out!
Stg this game is amazing. It will never do.
Die*
Muy buen set
What do they mean by OD? Overdose?
yea, i think so. in my head tho i pretend it means "obscenely dope" so that the grammar doesn't trigger my ocd
Over doing it
@@mr2cents308 thx

Great Set!
Ginger fought hard
What in the literal fuck!
Amazing set and showcase of skill.
Ginger was amazing. Uneven but showed moments of brilliance. Zain putting hungrybox on notice though. He's coming for the crown

THIS JUST IN NEW 2019 UP AND COMER BEATS PLAYER WHO HASN'T BEEN PLAYING FOR YEARS WITH THIS ONE SIMPLE TRICK
zain is a beautiful beautiful man (no homo)
That game 3 was boring.
That is one impressive setup. Why give each player their own screen? Seems unnecessary.

That's hilarious!! Then why not just main puff and look at people's hands sounds easy enough 😂

Thanks for the responses. Why is looking at your opponent's hands especially viable for Puff players?
This is scripted
they call it a regional but there is like 14 people there. melee is dead ggwp.

@@rossedge6202 that's such a weird decision. Crowd interaction is awesome most of the time.
Tarik Johnson I was there, it's a separate room for main stream I have no idea why lmao. There were plenty more people in the normal room
