Afghanistan power crisis: Struggle to stop outages

Afghanistan is struggling to keep the lights on.
Domestic producers account for less than a fifth of the country's energy needs.
And imported electricity isn’t filling the gap.
But three years after the Taliban took over, small scale projects are providing some hope.
