Great channel. Glad I came across it. I look forward to watching more of your videos as I am heading out that way this summer. Just subscribed.
Happy to see more content coming from you.
Would you say this trail gave you more confidence in your current setup?
Thanks! I wish I could get out more! Yeah completely the trail showed me that a moderate build jeep can do a lot.
I’m headed out to Moab in 2 weeks with my JTOD and my wife’s 24 JLU Willys, can’t wait to hit the trails! Thanks for the detailed videos!
First time watching your channel. Love how you keep it real with narration of all the options of the trail, unlike most of the other UA-camrs just conquering everything with there rigs built to conquer everything. Keep up the content.
Thanks! Yeah seeing a jeep with 40s, 1 ton axels, and a 5 inch lifts climbing everything in sight is cool but isn’t helpful if you have a stock or moderate build vehicle and want to try a trail.
Good to see you back on the trails. 37's and lockers would be a good choice. Take a lot of the doubt and stress out of doing some of the obstacles
Thanks! Yeah I think I’ll need 37s for some of the more difficult Moab trails I would like to do in the future.
You did great out there. I don’t have lockers myself currently, but I get away with a lot because I’m on 39s, 4.5 lift with pretty good articulation.
another great video Rodney, but bringing a stunt driver in? lol
Thanks! Yeah the obstacles were too risky for me! 🤣
thats how you get better!! expensively@@MoreDirtMoreDistance
Beautiful scenery!
Yes! I can’t get enough of Moab and the views.
I need to get back with our Gladiator to do this before the trail gets shut down.
Nice Gladiator. Very nice video work. Who was driving your Jeep when you were shooting video?
Can you link your roof rack please? I really like the look. Thanks!
Looks like a beautiful day to explore! It’s good to see new content from you. I missed out on poison spider in October when I was there. I'll make sure to try it out next time.
37's and gears would be ideal with the long wheelbase. At least a rear locker at the same time if you’re able to.
It was a beautiful day! You’ll definitely want to do Poison Spider on your next trip. It is one of my favorite Moab trails now. Hopefully 37s and lockers are in the future.
Fins and things was my first badge. I may try this after seeing your video now haha. I’m still not over Wheeler Lake 😫
Fins and things is awesome! You should try Poison Spider. What happened at Wheeler Lake?
@@MoreDirtMoreDistance I was too heavy and air down too much. Picked bad lines. Hit a lot of skid plates and my rear diff. Rock rashed my rim guards. If I do it again I should be good. I have 35” and less weight now. I have a Video in my Overlanding playlist.
@@justmattgrayI checked out the wheeler video it was good! I also
followed you on IG I’ll hit you up this season to see about hitting a trail.
@@MoreDirtMoreDistance bet! I'm down. I just got back from Utah. I want to hit up all the badge of honor trails in ouray area. engineer pass, Ophir pass etc.
@@MoreDirtMoreDistance thank you! followed back too
So glad to see a new video. 85a been a long winter.
Thanks! I wish I could get out often.
