Hey I have a Joyous 2-Din Android 4.4 DVD Player w/ GPS, Wi-Fi for Toyota and suddenly today when I started the car up I appeared to work fine, it turned on as normal but when the car logo appeared it stopped there and didn't started up further than that, no menu, no music, just the car logo, any ideas of what I might be dealing with?
Same case for my Seat Ibiza ...started fine, showed me the Seat logo and stuck there animating the logo, can't go further, tried the reset button and all ..nothing
crackerworld Did you ever find out the problem? a had to take the plug out/in at the back of the radio to reset then works fine for a week or two, just wondered why

Jorge Fournier yes I did. Hope your problem is the same. It was as easy as pulling the on/off-volume knob. It was pushed all the way in. Just grab it and pull it. Let me know if it works.

I contacted eonon first system update because my GPS card was not working and I thought it could be the system update now once I've done the system update my FM radio does not work also my AM radio does not work my seek buttons and PTY button also doesn't work how do I hard reset this radio back to factory setting
hi I have my stereo stuck on bootloader but I have no rom on sd and I've no idea what brand it is. no make or model on unit can i put any rom on sd card and flash?
+Peter Chan ive tried but the seller is no longer in business and was bought over seas. if i open the unit will it have any indication as to what software it uses? or can i connect a laptop to it to get info?

It has been installed for a year now and I now have an error message that reads:Missing or incomplete folder:/data/data/com.basarsoft.igo.javaclient/sentinel.txt:open failed:EIO (I/O error)A tab appeared at the end of the message that says "Ok".I pressed the tab and the next message appears: Application is unable to start, Please check other applications. I have tried to reset the unit several times and perhaps I'm doing it wrong as I am guessing what to do. Nothing has changed.CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP? Thanks in advance!

Just wondering why all your products seem to use 4.4 KitCat. Is there a reason all car audio systems seem to be stuck on that Android version?
***** Currently the latest firmware from us is Android 4.4 and so we install it in our products,also we would update them to Android 5.0 in the future

miodrag radenkovic sorry for my late reply . you find the icon apk installer or es manager , find the gps card ,install the apk app.
How can i reboot the device.... not reset. If i press reset button with a pin... it erase radio memory too... there is no power on or off button...

do you have the link when you bought it ? or you have video for this unit before ? maybe i can give you some advice when i have more infor about it

What is the next step though? Because I'm getting the same screen, and then when I click reboot or recover from backup, the head unit just dies again
Did you have the firmware in sd card ?
yes, I used an update.img file from that site, and it next moves onto the brand logo and dies. I have an eonon head unit
