Driving in Virginia Beach snow

Driving 3 days after the 2018 bomb cyclone snowstorm. Virginia snow removal isn't what it is in places that routinely deal with snow. The plow guys are working their butts off trying to keep things clear, but the local cities are not going to win any awards for snow clearing.
