@@gioscopantana8349 Im looking for a px125, im 16yo from Croatia and my cousin is all up in vespa's. He has a p200e and px150. i am about to get my licence and buy px125 or pk125.
I’ve had loads of. Range Vespas great tho my favourite was the Vespa T5 mk1 nice & lively engine good for over 70mph with good acceleration tho the p range are fantastic cause at the end of the day it’s a scooter not a super bike & is what it is.
Nice scooter, sounds lovely. A couple of words of warning though, your front tyre appears to be installed backwards, and does not match your rear one, and your motor sounds as if it's running a little lean on the idle circuit (there is a little screw on the rear of the carburettor, turn this out for a richer idle mixture). There is plenty of information right here on UA-cam about the latter. Cheers
Have you had any bother having the black number plate fitted? I also have a 1981 vespa px which now has the historic vehicle tax and mot rights as its over 40yrs old but I'm not legally aloud to have the black/silver plate on the back as the law states only vehicles registered before January 1st 1980 can now have them fitted even though its 41yr old tax and mot exempt. Was a bit miffed off.
Oh damn, Max is back! You may not remember me, I used to frequently comment on your videos back in the day, and we gave eachother channel shoutouts in some videos
That is exactly how I felt when I got mine up and running and mine was being pushed into a skip all it needed was some fuel haha! And yep they are quirky
That clutch lever needs adjusting, looks like your pulling it in way too far, lovely scoot otherwise!!! Had my px for 2 years now enjoy every minute on it
Still have it Just got a yammy xsr700 but so tempered to get another Vespa Had a Vespa primavera about 30 years ago and regret selling it on a weekly basis. Would be the perfect commuter
Been a while since a two stroke first ride, at least you and this bike are broken in a little for this one! Yeah interesting paint job for sure. Hopefully there will be some autumn/winter sun if you do another video one it this year!?
Hi, would you say the Vespa px125 is a good scooter for a complete beginner? I’ve done my c.b.t, but on an automatic scooter, so my main worry is the gears. I do love the look, sound and smell of the classic vespas which is why I’m tempted. Thank you
In the event of an accident, an insurance company could pull the motor apart and find out that it's not a 125cc, otherwise a plug and play 177cc has around the maximum power allowed for a provisional licence (12hp~), and so will not stand out.
@@mikehamilton5345 Correct. But the only instance in which it would become an issue other than it just being illegal is if you have an accident, as that's the only opportunity the authorities would have to prove it.

im just after turning 20 and want to get my license to ride a bike and ive been eyeing up vespas for a while, they just look and sound so majestic
Very nice Vespa. Just a tip: don't let the keys ruin your speedometer, trust me, you can't find new original ones.
nice tip, what is alternate thing to use not to ruin it?

Don't start off in 2nd , you'll burn the clutch out
Sounds great like you said can't beat the sound of a 2 stroke engine
Got myself one for summer, good time to own one as the prices are going up 👍
my dad had one of these (don't know what year exactly but a very early model) and this video brings back so many memories, thanks for sharing!!
Watching you gives me confidence 🤣
Great ride! I am looking forward to an enjoyable ride on my Vespa someday and its gonna be a pink Vespa. Have fun on your Vespa!
Just brought one myself 2001 model can't wait to get out on it

I found one of them in a hut abandoned in Glasgow once I got it for £100. It was an 1980 p125x like this good little things

Some tires are supposed to be installed that way, Michelin City Grip for example.
Sir are u say me who countery are made in vespa still
Meant to use your heal on the back brake not your toes. It’s so you don’t crease up your shiney winkle pickers ;)

No mate get ya self the BMW s1000rr .
It's a very good beginner scooter. But if you think 125cc is (somehow) too much you can get a cheap 50 special
Just go easy on throttle and clutch release. I done a wheelie across a junction by not taking my own advice.

Long time... Do you still have your other bikes ?
That does sound good
Yo what go pro do you use?
very nice !
Sounds like my strimmer, but definitely a lot more fun 🤣
You'll burn the clutch out setting off in second
Is it still registered as 125cc, can you get away with it on Provisional license or can you tell it’s kitted

Where about do u come from
First gear is the get away gear dude
You live literally 5 mins away from me aha
Is this bike classed as Manual or Auto?
It's got a clutch and a gearbox, It's definitively a manual.
Vespa 's got a shed full
You need to rev that thing way more.
the paint looks like the outside of an avocado
Salam satu aspal 🙏😎
Sounds like she needs an overall tuneup and look over …tweak the brakes, adjust suspension and you should be good to go
If your cheeks don't hurt from smiling, you are not riding it right :)
U need a t5
Well, with no MOT requirement that will be a nice little death trap.
Looks like it’s been painted with a stick
Lol
Jesus won't save you friend... Weird, the first time, init
Paint job and weird hole in the side...meh...it's a bit ugly, tbh

Scootering has never been about speed....
why would you bring up speed if were talking about a vintage vespa?
