Incirlik Air Base not irreplaceable

Michael O'Hanlon offered his analysis on the status of Incirlik Air Base following the failed coup, noting that the U.S. and other powers have alternatives in the region. However, the U.S. still relies enormously on Turkey on the ground for its operations in Syria.
