Brandless dupes help you figure out if you really like a bag before spending all your money. I am a Quince super fan, and they haven't disappointed me yet.
It's definitely a great place to find luxury alternatives! I'm just as impressed the second time around. Like any brand, some will hits others will be misses
I bought the Horse Clementine and the small Loewe puzzle edge and totally agree with you that the restricted opening of the Loewe is so annoying. I'm going to use the Loewe as a travel bag because I feel the zipper and restricted opening makes it more secure but I actually prefer the Clementine for an everyday bag. I semi regret not returning the Loewe but I got it at a good price from Farfetch and it had been on my wish-list for a long time.
I was so glad to see the patchwork bag vs the horse. I have the clementine in the mini and agree that the leather is nice! I saw the Quince bag after I got the horse and wondered about the quality. TY
Thanks for showing the Quince and The Horse bags side-by-side and sharing your opinion of the two. Very helpful as I was considering them both and can see the quality and design differences.
The main reason why I don't buy more from Quince is that after owning a few pieces, I get tired of wearing the same colors again and again. I think they have more selection in their silk colors, but their cashmere pieces are the same eight or fewer colors that don't really excite me. I ended up buying the Clementine because I wasn't sure about the puzzle bag itself, and I love it enough that I'm no longer craving the Puzzle. I still love the foldability of the puzzle tote, but I'm not sure I'd use it often enough since I'd baby a Loewe.
That's my usual hesitation with nice clothes. I want to be able to dump all my clothes into the washer. But for how soft this cashmere is. it's worth making a trip to the dry cleaners. I also have found tricks on making each item last longer between each dry cleaner run. Maybe I'll do a video on that.
You got some great staple pieces that I’m sure you will get a lot of wear out of. I love the cream sweater that you are wearing. A slip skirt is a statement in everyone’s wardrobe. I agree with you about the color being slightly off.
Some are hits while others are misses. If you haven't tried their 100% cashmere I highly recommend. You do need to be careful and make sure to pick ones that says 100% cashmere. They have options that are wool/cashmere blends, definitely not the same.
@@reinagiron-hh2xi check their size chart. I think its pretty accurate. But you can always order multiple sizes and return whatever pieces that don't work out too!
I bought the Quince Patchwork bag in a burgundy color and love it. I also have the Horse Clementine bag in taupe. I am torn on which one I like better. Since The leather on the Clementine is thicker, so overall the quality is better. However, both are great bags.
I saw you place that puzzle bag dupe against the Clementine. Could you please do. Comparison video of the two? Interior materials and configuration, hardware, leather quality, etc? Would love it to be a bit more in depth! Great haul, Nikki!!
I have honestly been super impressed with Quince clothing pieces 😍 Their Linen pieces are incredible! This 'dupe' culture has become such a norm 😂 I honestly feel like everyone gets inspired from everyone, even the designer pieces! I love me agood deal & not all designer pieces are worth the price tag for me, so If I can get the design at a fraction of the cost 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
True that! They all end up duping (or take inspiration) each other honestly. I'm so in love with the cashmere sweater and it's so simple. I'll have to try their linen pieces in the spring/summer!
Loved this haul. Really interested in their cashmere. Do you have to dry clean? If not, does it wash well? The Loewe puzzle top handle is its best feature to me. I think the quince dupe gives you the look but probably not the feel of using the real puzzle. The clementine actually looks like it’s more similar in that the leather looks more lux and just the way it slouches. Hope you are feeling better! ♥️♥️♥️
The cashmere zip up does say hand wash cold, lay flat to dry. But dry clean is also an option. I'm way too lazy to hand wash anything so definitely the dry cleaning option. 100% the puzzle dupe is nowhere close to the same quality as the real thing. However, the opening...that's a serious contender lol Definitely try out their cashmere!
I have a Walter Baker bag that is a dupe of the Loewe puzzle. I really like it. It's made of thick leather. This one from Quince looks hard. I'm definitely more interested in The Horse. I don't know how I feel about Quince. I waited for their Black Friday sale, and the plus-sized cashmere sweaters didn't go on sale, only the regular ones. And they don't stock everything in Plus, which is something a lot of brands do, and it annoys the heck out of me. It stops me from even wanting to try them.
To be fair, I've been using my clementine for almost a year so the slouch is definitely there. The Quince one is brand new. Yea..most brands should be more size inclusive. I agree!
Hi, I’m subscribed to your channel and enjoy watching your reviews. Are quince cashmere sweaters true to size? Some clothing has been oversized lately. I’m 5”4’ and 135 pounds. Thanks
I would say, their size chart is quite accurate. The beauty is that you can order different sizes and return the ones that dont work out since they have quite a flexible return policy. Just make sure you keep all the packaging that it comes in nice. I read thru their FAQs they seem to be pretty strict about that. I've made a return already and the process was seamless! Let me know how it works out for you!
Great pieces! You mentioned the brown coat has a silk lining. How does the outside leather feel? Silk always show water marks. Do you think the outer layer of the coat will show spots if it rains?
The brown coat is cashmere on the outside and silk lining. The silk feels fantastic. No, rain drops won't stain the coat. It might show it when it's wet but it should dry fine.
I am sticking with my two horse clementine. I like them more and more. I am a bag whore who owes 47 bags . I have had my clementine for about a month and the only bag changes I have made is from the black to the dark brown and then back . I may even get the wine/burgundy color.
That loewe dupe doesnt look like good quality - looks cheap - dupes are dupes and the colour doesn’t look right. I have the loewe puzzle small original version in sand and it’s beautiful obviously no comparison but for me if im not getting the original dupes are a no go.
The price difference between the two is definitely not comparable either. You get what you pay for for sure! However i would say it's definitely worth the 150 bucks
All the items I covered today will be in the description box! Which is your favorite?!
"Old lady red." As an old lady, that one tickled me.😂🥰🌻
I had no other description for that red 😂
Me too 😂

Seems like a waste to buy the real bag if you like the quince bag. They’re well made and meant to last.
I am a quince addict

I actually was tempted to get the loewe puzzle from the men's collection as a travel bag too. But do I really need another bag? 😂
I was so glad to see the patchwork bag vs the horse. I have the clementine in the mini and agree that the leather is nice! I saw the Quince bag after I got the horse and wondered about the quality. TY
We were all wondering, me included! I "sacrificed" LOL
I think I’m more in love with the horse clementine than the quince patchwork bag 😅 amazing hall!
I would say the clementine is much more innovative
SO excited for this one!!
So was I!!
Thanks for showing the Quince and The Horse bags side-by-side and sharing your opinion of the two. Very helpful as I was considering them both and can see the quality and design differences.
I think a video of all three bags is needed! Let me see if I can borrow my friends puzzle.
uuuu love that red actually 😂 perfect for my warm autumn closet!
Yaaaa I'm glad you love it. Not the red for me tho sadly

Love the quarter zip so pretty. I don’t own any cashmere it seems sooo annoying to wash but wow i can’t believe the price

I have the same bag in red and I love it. It looks so classy and elevated.
for 100 bucks?! can't go wrong with it!

The cashmere sweater is definitely my favorite of the entire haul!
This was such a helpful review of several Quince pieces I have been considering! Thank you! 🖤
Sounds like we have similar taste 😉
I bought three items: earrings, sweater, shirt. They were all above average "sort of". I don't think I would purchase from again but I get the appeal.

that Quince bag with the long handles, like it, nice
I hope they come out in different colors!
Always love these videos
They are fun!
I just got this same bag and I really do love it and especially the magnetic opening.
right?! It's such a better design!
I have a vintage medium puzzle bag and no problems getting in and out
you must have dainty hands! I got some gorilla hands then!
Great review!! Thanks !! I’ve been so curious about quince
Get that cashmere zip up. It's sooooo soft
@@Somehowadultingdo you think it runs big or true to size? I saw mixed reviews on how it ran

Ohh great things!

Loewe should replace their zip opening for puzzle bag
100% agree
Medium puzzle I have has feet
Thanks for verifying! My friend has the puzzle. Maybe I can borrow hers to do a review of all three!
