Going back and watching some of your older videos, just wanted to say thanks! I’ve kind of been putting my 470 on the back burner lately and these vids have reignited that vibe. Gonna steal some of your ideas too 😁

Are these still holding up well for you? About to order all leds for the exterior for mine.

I was always under the impression that you had to rewire to go from halo to LED. Is it really that easy??

Yea it was plug n play super easy mod. The light output is so much better with these on.

Nice product review video! I've been enlightened...pun intentional! By the way, I looked on their site and there is a 20% discount for father's day! I'll try the 20K lumen low beam and 24K lumen for the high! Thanks OverlandRay!

Protip - you can change the driver's side way easily from the bottom.

Unfortunately those lumen claims are fake, for a bulb to pull that much power you'd need to run severly oversized wires and the cooling would be the size of a water jug. Brighter than halogen for sure, but no way they push over 7000 lumens total without thermal throttling.

Good that you are happy with the result. LEDs are so much better to see colors at night too.
That said; the better LED bulbs do in the year 2023 some 220 lumen per watt. If these were real 24000 lumen bulbs (pair?) it would need 109W, 54.5W each. I do not believe that these lights consume that much to be honest. Your old bulbs do 3000 lumen, in most places 4000 lumen is the max.
To be fair, these bulbs might do 130 lumen per watt, consuming say 40W, giving a total of 5200 lumen (a pair). Little over the limit but still doable and when adjusted well (and you did) it should be okay. 24000 lumen are Chinese lumen and you always have to divide those numbers by 4 or more .😆
