We had to cut out Mac Miller because of a block, sorry about that! I won't spoil what place he was in but if you see it skip a number, you know that was it!
It took Harry 3 years to write a song titled “watermelon sugar” and the first line is “tastes like strawberries”
just wish his editors choose songs that are better instead of popular on this tiny desk thing, like ‘to be so lonely’ for Harry and ‘spring day’ for bts, those were the one tho...
It only took Harry one day to write “Watermelon Sugar” lyrically. However, It took much longer to actually finish the song because at first he really liked it and then for a while he really hated it but it kept coming back into the mix. Harry’s “to be so lonely” is his superior tiny desk performance in my opinion
I feel like Harry's best song on Tiny Desk was To Be So Lonely. And for BTS both Save Me and Spring Day sounded better than Dynamite.
Dynamite is such an upbeat song and I think it’s hard to be performed live with raw vocals and all but you could watch spring’s day performance it’s more acoustic and the vocals are less auto tuned
That T-Pain performance was off the cuff. He thought they were interviewing him & he didn't realize he had to sing. He's amazing.
BTS’ tiny desk was also during a pandemic when no one was traveling, so they recreated the Tiny Desk “feel” in a studio in Korea...
