    Put 1 bag of dry black beans with 6 cups water and a couple dried bay leaves in a pressure cooker. Once it is pressurized, cook for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn off burner and allow pressure cooker to naturally de-pressurize.
    For the rice, take 1 chopped onion and roughly 4-6 pieces of crushed garlic. Cook together in oil until onion is clear. Add 1 cup of dry rice and allow the juices to blend into the dry rice. Roughly a minute or two. Add two cups water, boil for 1 minute then put on the lid and reduce to a simmer. White rice, cook 15-20 minutes. Brown rice cook 5 minutes longer.
    Chicken breasts, put in a greased pan, season to your liking then bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Depending on the size of chicken breast you use. SUBSCRIBE!!!!
