My biggest point of improvement that grimlord needs is consistent animation IMO. A game based around animation reading is only as good as its animations and most here are passable but some are not. There is a huge dip in quality for some enemies, especially the regular knights. Their animations look strange and have very inconsistent timing. The thrust is pretty much instant while other swings are very slow. Another pretty bad offender is the final spear boss. He looks awesome until he starts moving. His animations are really not good. I was pretty hyped when you said you were using mocap until you said that were using it for the faces. I really don't care about facial animations in this combat focused game. Please focus on the combat animations more. Other minor things are: Give knights more poise and less hp. Wailing on an enemy on the floor for a minute is not fun. They should be dead 100% when they drop once and you hit then for a bit, but it should happen less easily. Also decrease the ragdoll timer. They stay on the ground for so long, so I all I do is wail on ragdolls half the later sections of the game. Making the ragdoll less long and sliglty decreasing health would make the combat more active IMO.

I completed the game; here is a quick list what bothered me most: - locomotion speed is to low, do lets say 50% more - dash movement is too weak - current sprinting speed is kind of okay - rework the inventory please (the pouch thing); have you guys ever played a well modded SkyrimVR? Do it like the Spell Wheel VR mod, combined with a (massive) time slow down; it's the best system I know so far - throwing grenades is almost Impossible since a click is needed to release them
Gran juego, de los mejores en cuanto a físicas (puede que el mejor) para Quest 2 / 3, al nivel del Battle Talent, pero con una historia detrás, que es lo que le falta a este último. Además, los escenarios (de mundo semi abierto) son una maravilla teniendo en cuenta la potencia de Quest. Ojalá, como han dicho otros muchos jugadores, el sistema de combos dinámicos se extiendan a todos los npcs, no solo a los boss. Eso mejoraría muchísimo el juego, ya que ya no sería tan monótono enfrentarse a enemigos conocidos.
Hey guys… THE WATER LOOKS SO BAD YALL! I love the game but the water on the tut would look better removed than being there. I could live w/ the fountain… everyone would think that too! But yea!!! That’s my problem, I might do a discord thing later but if not I got lazy :( .
We've since migrated the game to UE5 while we prepare for our full release later this year :) Sorry it's been a while, but I promise we've been hard at work!
Yo listen to me I beat the story thing a few times different ways and I'm saying just grabbing arrow quiver stocking that thing up with arrows And using those arrows as if they're individual swords and spears shows how they are op in any situations... This is great for a built.. I call it the Arrowlite.. Yes I called the build first and can show me beating the game with just arrows! Only using Arrows and a support pouch while taking and trashing everything else is called the Op Arrowlite.
Watch when someone else skilled also uses the build perfecting it as Arrows have always been the best way to conquest as shown 2 Samuel 1:18 “(Also he bade them teach the children of Judah the use of the bow: behold, it is written in the book of Jasher.)” Who will believe it? Yet let the living live and the dying die as designed, well.

Not being funny but its missing the basic sounds. I don't understand how you can miss half the sounds like unsheathing and sheathing a sword. Just silly really would love to know why.... Or is it the usual excuse of it being in early access 😕
Well just a matter of simple priorities. Sound design for an early access game typically won't come until later. We were more focused on fixing the biggest bugs and trying to make sure we got the fundamentals of the game down before we spent time upgrading non-mechanical things. We mentioned in the video, we are currently working with a sound design team that worked on AAA titles like Diablo, so fully realized and updated sound design and audio engineering will be coming soon!
@@lusamine2409 judging by earlier videos even quest 3's version looked significantly worse. Tbh it looked like a complete potato. Check out video from Nano ("dark souls vr nano" 12:23) from 2 months ago. If they managed to upgrade graphics THAT MUCH it would've been amazing though

I'm extremely excited for the game to be ready and much improved, I just think you should add non-humanoid bosses too.
I completed the game; here is a quick list what bothered me most:

Same for a door I saw. It was a png! This is still applab though and 2 problems arnt that bad! Hell this game is good even!
A problem out of the game is the price. I can’t believe it’s 30 dollars when it should be 25/24 dollars :( . 💵
