You could make the filling and freeze it in teaspoon portions then thaw and wrap in the cheese whenever you want. This looks so yummy!

What a cool and easy way to get your Ravioli fix on Keto using Provolone cheese! Also, though your filling recipe sounds great, one could go really simple & quick using some seasoned ground sausage or beef, and cover with a basic tomato sauce with parmesan for a quick easy Keto "pasta" dish!

It's called "mushroom duxelle", something I first saw Julia Child do, the food processor is a time saver. Nice job Girls !
After it’s processed, it’s pâté like she said. Duxelles is the chopped.
I've saw a video with Dr Boz and she uses 2 slices per ravioli one on top of the other and then you don't have to worry about folding it over
You totally knocked this one OUT OF THE BALLPARK! It is divine! And, like you, that was my favorite OG menu item and I am always lost when I go there and haven't been able to get it. Especially now that I'm doing keto. Oh, how I've missed my pasta! But with this recipe (and your pumpkin goat cheese ravioli--yum!) I'm back in business. Thank you a million times over!

When I made your other recipe with the leek mushroom ravioli; I noticed that the cheese would fold already because I had (unintentionally) left it out at room temperature while I made the guts for it and the sauce. So I was able to fold them before I even put them in the oven. Now I have to try some sun dried tomato!

I’m Italian and I’ve used your provolone hack for several different ravioli- not necessarily following any particular one of your recipes but both my husband and I really like them! I’ve used leftover meats and greens etc and usually just tomato sauce
I’m going to try not heating the cheese before topping with filling because it was hard to fill without them coming apart. Going to try it this way !
Suggestion for your green topping… à la Jacques Pépin, try some minced chives! Best thing about them is you can buy a bunch (I have it in my garden) chop it and fill a little plastic bag and freeze them! They sprinkle and taste just like fresh!
The thing I missed the most on my keto journey is stuffed pasta. Each country has a name for their stuffed pasta… dumplings, pierogi, gyoza, kreplach etc…every single one of them has a unique filling. I have never met one that I did not like. I was in such a hurry to try this hack that I made them with jarlsberg slices the very first time….it worked but provolone is now a staple in my fridge. I’ve tried all your dumpling recipes and they are all very very yummy. In the past I could easily eat 12 traditional dumplings but can only eat 2 or 3 of the provolone stuffed ones. Love what you do! Keep it up! 🌹
So I made this tonight for me and my husband. Wow… we were both blown away at how the Provolone performed as ravioli. It was delicious. We’re both keto and we give it two thumbs up!👍👍

You might try using your dough cutter with a little olive oil, sprayed on it to assist folding them over😊 They look delicious!!
What if you put your provolone on individual squares of parchment so you could lift the parchment to fold over without stretching the provolone? Regardless it looks amazing!

Hey there! Maybe you could try using a ziplock bag as a piping bag to fill them just thinkingout loud lol😊.
Cut your parchment into squares and use it to fold the melted cheese over the filling instead of using your fingers.

Try cutting the paper into squares first.. after it melts and ready to fold.. use the paper to help fold it over.. then peel it off after you seal.. that might make it easier, as well keeps your finger tips away from the hot cheese.

I meal plan and by the time I am ready to meal plan for the next two weeks I usually forget what the recipe is called and can't find it again or I make it once then can't find it again to make it again. This is one of my favorites at Olive Garden. I love mushrooms and cream sauces. I was never satisfied really because pasta will fill me up at first and in a short while I'm wanting to eat again. Your recipe will remedy that!

7:35 I tried this tonight and was so pleasantly surprised how good it was!! I went with a red sauce instead of the butter one b/c i’ve been craving pasta and sauce. It turned out amazing! the mushroom filling was on point. I did the fill then put in oven way. only thing I did was
to use a small rubber spatula to flatten out the cheese on the side I was bringing over. it worked well. Other thing was one didn’t work as ravioli so I made a little “purse” like they do in asian food. it worked! i will definitely make this again! thanks for your great recipes! hubs and I have been keto since mid may. good results! ❤
