A bold criminal targets a Baltimore store, twice.
March 12, 2023.
Investigators say a man walks into this Family Dollar on east Fayette street in Baltimore City.
The clerk, investigators say, quickly realized he was no ordinary customer.
“The suspect starts putting hundreds of dollars’ worth of merchandise in a black trash bag,” said Al Maresca, Deputy Marshal with the U.S. Marshals Service.
