Wondering if that puts even more weight on the seat? When I tire or get sore it’s my behind on the RT not as much the wrists. But I love the idea! Glad you’re back!
I dont find on this bike that i have much pressure on my hands, even in the stock position. I find these risers simply allow my arms to bend a little more. For your seat, have you tried an aftermarket upgrade?
Chris On the Street I have tried the airhawk which helped quite a bit on a 2k mile trip a couple years back, but also puts me up higher which was odd. For day to day riding I just use the stock seat as it allows good movement for backroads and twisties, but could definitely use more comfort!
So happy to see you back.
Love your videos. Gives us stuck at home something to look forward to. Thanks!

Thanks for the video on this. I have been giving this some thought for my 1250RT. Did you consider the Helibars, they seem pretty similar?
I did not consider the Heli's , as I did not want to have to remove all the gear from each handlebar.
How does it affect the view to the mirrors?
Where do you get the puller?
The puller is sold as an option when you buy the set from Illium
