A rally interesting restaurant ,I don't know how you ate all that food ,servings very generous ,well executed and presentation simplified but elegant a true "Bistro" ,the perfect spot for a wonderful meal without the formality ,how was the wine list or was it a beer list ? By the way the extra touches were very informative
Hermosos y suculentos platos! No sé si un día pueda ir a Noruega y probar estas delicias, me encantaria...mientras tanto el chef me inspiró a intentarlo en casa. Gracias por compartir su arte. ¡Saludos desde México! 👧💜
Awesome job as always! Dig the concept of an indoor and outdoor menu but featuring much of the same ingredients. Very much about the experience each provides I would guess?
I think I walked past when you did the interview outside Stallen! And I agree that Fyr is the best outdoor restaurant in Oslo, luck to have it as our nabolagsrestaurant now Publiko is gone.
can i make a suggestion🙄🧐. I think it would be better if you write the food prices in the restaurants you visit. Most people are wondering (especially me😊😋 ).I follow with pleasure😉😇
Desert in a flower pot - how old is that idea? 5, no more than 10 years. Don't mention the rest of the menu. Very unoriginal restaurant. It's nice and clean, that's all. Ceviche = lax with salad? Really? Pufff.... The video is great as always though... Thank you for your work. It's very good to see it on video than being disappointed for yourself in real life. Thanks! 😊
He never claimed to have invented either of the dishes, they are both age-old and well-known. They are simply doing fun versions of classics, what's wrong with that? ;)
@@andersandkaitlin Nothing. Nice restaurant. But imho it doesn't worth any special attention. Anyway, what are the videos for if not for comments? Aren't you bored to read "it's great" or "how nice" all the time? And by the way I am very familiar with scandinavians and I spend nearly every summer in Danmark, and they donn't choose their word when expressing their opinion on things. You have to be used to that. 😊
I have to visit this place when I'm in Oslo again. Your videos are addictive. Thank you.
Glad you like them!
Wow- everything looks so fresh and delicious. What a great summer meal!
Wish we could bring you guys!
Simple, but looks, delicious

We didn't really explore the wine list so much for this lunch.
Thanks guys I’m so glad to see yours video. It’s very helpful for me I can learn many of it. ❤from India.
Happy to hear that!

Totally. We like lighter lunches and more elaborate dinners.

Haha, cool. Yes, shame about Publiko, I like that place.
