Meech and Monica, I think "Meech and Monica Eats" is an excellent name for this channel. Cooking bacon in the oven is the only way I cook it because I can put it in the frig for later in the week. That club sandwich looks so good.

I love the content already, super excited to see what you have for us. As I’m from the United Kingdom I’d love to cook some of your favourite southern/american meals, whether it be quick and easy to make or something that’s gonna be prepped and stove cooked. I love cooking, experimenting with new dishes and I just love eating……I can hear and see the excitement in Meech already, as he is on the receiving end, and will thoroughly enjoy all those lovely meals. Friday evening and I had just started to prep my meal (salmon, new boiled potatoes with various salad) not very exciting as I’m eating out out tomorrow evening (Italian) so thought I’d be good tonight. When I seen the notification flash up, I thought ‘hey up’ what’s this all about, just had to watch whilst my meal is cooking. That’s sandwich looks delicious and crammed packed, lush.
