What keeps us in the grind during hard times - discipline and patience Edit: Agree with the strategy too. We need to keep improving our strategy and be confident in it even in downswings
Getting a routine is the most important, so you keep going and have consistency. Things like I have to play my best, ect. Only puts you of and get you even more frustrated. Go with the flow and just get the hours/hands in. That is the main goal, then make adjustments to improve your game/ mentál/stradegy
Thanks Frederik! I'll post an Explanation Video once all preuploaded Videos are done. Basically I'm sick of the game.. no motivation to grind or study after more then 10 years. 😅
@@PositivePoker72 looking forward to the video and i hope you will be happy whatever you decide to do. I have also over 10 years of poker experience and sometims I have felt like quitting but I end up playing because I somehow love the game 😅
Saaan_Dimaas MVP HAHAHAHHA and always showing the bluffs. Love it I laughed so much. @Leafgard immediately put notes on this guys I usually write "agro" or "overbluff" so next hand I just exploit
I'm sorry to hear you are not going to be doing this anymore. Is this leafgard's fault? JK...lol You do have a positive mindset and a fun personality. I've personally enjoyed this and its helped me. hopefully this is just temporary. Think about it.......
Haha, thank you so much Nick!!! The thing is after more then 10 years I have no motivation to study or grind. I will keep Poker as a hobby and stream occasionally. I will make a deep explanation video about it soon! 🙂
Good point, thanks.. some people had that idea in old videos, maybe something we should think about! I was worried Yann would even get more distracted... But might be the opposite in reality! 🙂

@@PositivePoker72 oh boi. I remember Doug Polk saying the same. Maybe you just need couple months off away from the game spending your time with other valuable things in life. And if you then realize, poker can still be a small part of it, it's gonna be for you to decide. Anyways, thanks for sharing!
