- Elevated by some critics to the rank of "greatest symphonist since Beethoven's death", Anton Bruckner (4 September 1824 - 11 October 1896) also wrote music for the piano. One of his most remarkable piano compositions is his Piano Sonata in G minor, WAB 243.

Astonishingly beautiful, sometimes gentle, sometimes passionate, played with such sublime commitment. I am honoured to listen to you.
Yes! And even though this is first time hearing the Brucker sonata, something tells me that it is being told by a true, _clear_ story-teller Part of his secret must be those E.T.fingers. Lightly long, and with bulbs. Truly a performance from another dimension.
I'm excited for Vadim here in 2024. It's two things: 1: the interpretation and 2. the _selection!_ I am currently mastering the audio for his Haydn Sonta video, to make a special re-upload for my channel!
@@Acoustic-Rabbit-Hole indeed! I have been listening to him for a while now. I can tell when he is playing just by listening. He has a touch like no one else.. His performance is always subtle and nuanced.
@@RosCharron I was JUST now watching his Chopin Ballade no. 4 performance! I'm so happy to share your excitement.
I am serious about my restoration project of Hayden Sonata (E-major). You may want to subscribe so you don't miss it! // Actually, you find some interest in my work. For over 30 years I have been applying my associations with color to note and have been making what I think are some very great Revelations about the REASON we choose specific keys for specific emotions. Do take a look, Charron!

@@RosCharron Oh, my--I was JUST listening to his Chopin Ballade no. 4! // I'm really excited to be sharing your excitement about Vadim. Even artist has his time! // What grabbed me first about Vadim was a passing Satie dance that i saw here on uTube. And I immideatly noticed he played it much more straight that most. It seems like EVERYONE wasn's to Romantize the Neo-Classicissim out of Satie! Yet, here I was hearing that Saite piece, for once, with clear, defined story-line. I knew I had finally found my pianist.
By the way, I was serious about my restoration project for his Hayden Sonata in Em. You may want to subscribe so you don't miss it! // I am a note-to-color music theorist gone film-maker. You may also find some interest in my observations about WHY composers and songwriters choose specific keys. And I have proofs!

@@Acoustic-Rabbit-Hole sounds like exciting work you are doing! Don't forget his Mozart interpretations and Scarlatti.

Bravissimo 🎉
Beautiful 💙 Thank you for this masterpiece
😊❤ Excellent
Just wonderful.
Perfect balance between technical and performative interpretation. You always feel a "tempo" in every interpretation you make, who is just great.
Very beautiful!
