It matters when he picks up his dribble and when he plants the first foot to propel himself backwards into the step back but I will admit he travels on the step back occasionally
@DĘmon ßaßy I've heard many coaches repeatedly say that it can't be more than 50% from top to bottom. I think they give NBA players plenty of leeway where dribbling and travels/carrys are concerned.
