Materials
2 glasses of warm milk (400 ml)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon instant yeast
Half a cup of melted butter
2 eggs (one of which will be rubbed on the yolk)
6.5 cups of flour (780 grams)
1 full teaspoon of salt
To drive between:
100 grams of melted butter or margarine
1 tea glass of oil (85 ml)
1 cup chopped walnuts
I added 1 tablespoon of milk to the egg yolk to brush it on.
-The glass of water I use is 200 ml
-The size of the tea cup I use is 100 ml
-Cooking suggestion: I cooked it in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
