I’ve been lifting and doing some walk arounding in my runnning shoes should I calculate this like normal running miles?

If you want them to last longer, just use them for running. Standing and lifting in them will wear them down. I can’t tell you exactly by how much but it does wear down the foam.

I previously bought shoes 👟 👟 from Millets in Barnstaple, north Devon, southwest of England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 is around perhaps 🤔 late ⏰ July 2023 is perhaps 🤔 size 12 is because the previous shoes 👞 👞 were worn out. Holes 🕳️ happen in shoes 🥿 🥿 and the stones can get into people’s shoes 👞 👞 which can damage their feet 🦶 🦶 👣. Perhaps 🤔 I honestly hate having shoes 👞 👞 being replaced is because they cost a lot of money 💰 💴 💵 that I pay 💰 with my debit card 💳. 👍
