    Kyle you are amazing : an expectation is an addiction to an outcome but an intention is without the addiction. Beyond words. Thank you

    The end reminded me of Byron Katie. I love how you break other teachers' lessons (like E. Tolle or A. Hicks), but in a simple way, full of daily life examples. Thank you for sharing your insights and make the inner-work more simple.

    Intention comes from your I Am-ness, from your Sovereignty.
    Expectation is egocentric.
    Love your work Kyle! ❤️

    Four stages or maturing in love:;
    1.hope = desire
    2.belief = expectation with doubt
    3.Trust = belief without doubt
    4.faith = active Trust
    In the practical it works like this when you arrive at faith. it is because I do not doubt that my expectation that I desire for will manifest therefore I go and do according to faith (for example Buy on credit) bc you know you're getting a paycheck to take care of it.

    I remember how profound this was to me when it was first posted, and now that I am in a completely different place in life and struggling with current change (that I know is best for me, however) this video showed up in my feed again reminding me how far I have come. And why I took the path I did. I am so in appriciation of this reminder today, thank you 💗🙏💗

    Right on, man. I've always said if someone gets offended it's because there is some truth to what was said. However, I don't get offended even if something truthful was said because I'm too chill.

    You never fail to inspire. I found one of your videos about 2 weeks ago (never heard of you before that) and you are describing the past 5 years of my life. It started in 2016, my breaking off from my past, and it’s been an intense awakening experience ever since. I began to become aware of the very things you talk about. For example this video!! ⬆️
    It’s amazing to have found this incredible inner “something”. The Light. I’m addicted to meditation and watching my life change. ❤️❤️❤️Thank you so much for your work. When I can afford to again I’ll be paying for classes but your free stuff is soothing balm to my soul! So very helpful and confirming to my spirit and I listen constantly!😂
    Much love my brother❤️ thank you for your work!
    I feel like I need to add a bit here. My background was cultishly religious. “Christian”. I grew up wanting nothing but to be the best Christian ever. Preparing to be a minister and living in a state of fasting and prayer and other forms of insane acetiscim. but the more I did and the longer I went on the questions became unbearable and finally unanswerable. Eventually and with much chaos I left religion and have been tumbling down the hillside of the return to nothingness within me. It’s been a long and painful tumble not only to my self but also to others, but I feel on many levels now the peace of surrender. The forgiveness and the unconditional love that accompany the discovery of the god within are now my mainstays. I cannot get enough of connecting to the “space” that is the stillness within the stillness.
    I sense the same light shining from you as well and so many others now. I’m encouraged. The world is awakening to Love and what could possibly be more encouraging than that?

    This is a very good video, because the topic regarding expectations is timely. Intentions are like goals. I know from experience, that raising one's expectations isn't good. Lowering one's expectations, is better when failure occurs in one's life. Failure isn't really failure. The word fail means that this is a first attempt at learning. I learn all the time, because a lot of what I learn could be a first attempt at learning. This is interesting, because love reminds me of truth. Knowing the truth helps one work on himself and herself. Disappointments are a part of life, where disappointments hurt. This is only because disappointments are viewed as a type of failure. A positive outlook on life, is good. A lot of what Kyle Cease states in this video, comes from spiritual teachings. Psychology stems from the oldest world religion.

    The last part of your video Kyle...absolutely brilliant. It really clicked how true it is...from now on..."I'm the one called the Purple Monster." 😀 Check out, "The Art of Soaring" (in Russian is called "A Magicians Handbook) by Vladimir Megre (and another author). You will absolutely love this book and the method of renaming situations/manifestations using (often risiculous and hilarious) "creative magic". Thank you for being awesome Kyle!

    did you deliberately set your meditation alarm to make the point ? ....seriously though this is great stuff...hope more and more get to hear this ...it's all buddhist teachings and many wouldn't be drawn to any so called religion, so it's great that there are many ways of delivering the truth

    When I think about this ultimate part of me and then say it's the real me, is that identification true? Or is that I am communing with the life that is in me and so becoming life more and more? In other words, is there a thing that I am or a thing that I am becoming?
