And every single year I thank Peter for his music. Hardcore will never die. The early shit is the greatest of all times.
Can I just say something as a Hardcore youngster? I'm 24 years old, born 1999, and I've always loved the early sounds. Nowadays it's all fast and hard in your face, which isn't bad at all!, but the oldschool tracks and mixes just hit spots and emotions today's can't reach. I was just at the limited album reveal party of Dr. Peacock and was shocked to see so many spcial media posers, since the doc with his melon became kinda mainstream since Trip to Valhalla and Valhalla Calling's remix. Other than that it really was an incredible experience. At Bootshaus, cologne, Germany. No. 5 club worldwide and trust me it deserved this rank. The chillout areas inside and outside are great, the enployees absolutely love the music and are always friendly and up for a chat if they're not super busy getting drinks ready or fetching orders for the artists/DJs

The rest is history.

@@tieze4054 Oh! Hello there =) Hearing those tunes through some heavy duty speakers, feeling it shaking your body, with other people would do the same thing to me. I wish i could have experienced the experience you had there. 3SA forever!
The music of my childhood. Like it was only yesterday when I was 14 and I was playing hardcore at full volume and the neighbors were going crazy😁. And now I'm 43. How the fucking time flies😢😢
Haha yes.. 46 here.. people weren't really used to gabber back then.. the neighbors really thought I was the son of Satan... I regret it blasting them Sunday mornings with my 300 watt RMS 15 inch sub now that I'm an adult... But just a little ;)

Beautiful tribute to a great performer. From a great performer. Thank you for this tribute Dr. Peacock. Tears in my eyes in the beginning. Gabbers Unite. We are all people. It does not matter witch outer color you have. In Hardcore we are all the same. Best religion there is. Peace to the world.
Unbelievable. First I have to thank Peacock for that fantastic tribute and second to all people at Ground Zero celebrating this. Words can not describe the emotions that I experienced. A mix of enjoying gabber music, upcoming memories of a lot of events (listing to first Thunderdome CDs I bought as a kid, going to my first gabber festivals, meeting a lot of new people and so on) and sadness because of the short life of Peter Paul. I hope he will be mind for a long time of all fans. Thank you for your music! Hardcore will never die!
Always have deep in my mind is live at Thunderdome 96... Discovered Hardcore // Gabber and all via this guy. Will never forget. That was a very good gesture from you to make people remember their roots. Hardcore will never die !
A beautiful tribute I just found today. Nice and sad at the same time. When me and my pal(s) listened to 3SA in 1996 (I was 9), he was one of our favorite artists - he still IS. RIP, Peter. DE loves ya.
I am crying. many times i thinking about anywhere to the planet just feel the gabber feel. but im wake up, and the same things i do. i never go anywhere. 2024 I change. I promise.
God damn it, I see the title of this video and boom "you feel like you've been transported back in time" and suddenly this guy appears in the video with tears in his eyes and damn I can understand his emotions well, for many This music is just noise or boom, but for us it's feelings, every melody has its story
Man man man, wat ontzettend tof deze tribute! RIP!!!
So much affection to the guys crying during this set. I am listenimg to gabber since 1996 and I think PPP would have had a lot more to give to the scene, if he still was there. R.I.P.
I can relate to the people just crying there, I was born in 1990, too young to ever see him but I'm watching this video on the couch and getting emotional. What a fucking legend!!!
Even if i wasn't there it made me goosebumps and shivers. I miss him and his music so very much.... still after all his years. Im the name of love was my fav track on my first Thunderdome CD. He got his influence to make Hardcore my music for almost 30 years.😢
As a 20 year old ill most likely never fully experience what the culture in the 90’s was like, but you can just see and feel the raw emotion in this video, respect
We will never forget Peter Paul Pigmans. And his amazing ambition to unite people with music. Hardcore keeps you alive in our minds! Hardcore will never die. RIP my friend.
He was a musical HERO! His productions far ahead of time. Not the easiest records to mix! I understand the tears and cried a lot on his music. If he could see this I know Peter Paul would be proud of what hardcore has begun and how big the community is! Always respect for this BIG MAN Strange that "I love to get stoned" was not inlcuded in this tribute
3SA brought so much positivity and creativity to the hardcore scene. This tribute really does that justice. Thank you for your time and care in putting this tribute together. ❤
3SA forever!
one of the best dj to make a tribute to this legend, this is the 2nd tribute i heard, the 1st one was from the prophet at mysteryland 2008. it was a legend closing set of the q-dance stage
It's delicious... What a fantastic tribute. We miss you 3 Steps Ahead. I have tears in my eyes while watching and listening to this tribute. Thank You Peacock....
Seeing this @48 yo......as an 90s gabber. A whole generation, who never saw 3 Steps Ahead live Performing. The guy @front, in tears......brings back memories😢
Mooie tribute!! Danku DrPeacock! Rust in vrede Peter-Paul P.
I really love watching this video. Especially the parts with the guy who just watches the show in admiration and cries out of pure joy. I bet he grew up with Peter's music.
Holy fuck, cant believe it's been 20 years since his passing. My friends and I still playing his tunes every weekend at house parties, those tracks still sound like they were made yesterday. RIP 3SA!!
Heerlijk! nu al meerdere keren afgespeeld. elke keer weer kippenvel en de traantjes! het moment dat je als 33 jaar oude man weer even terug bent in je kindertijd.
Just thank you! For the presence of the "paint it black" rmx, and for this set that give me back more than 20 years... With men like him and like you, "Hardcore will never die"...

Legendary, I miss the old days so much, This tribute is an emotional roller coaster.
So many years since the legend passed away and I hope his family realise the impact he made on the scene and his music and his tracks remain timeless.
they do :)
6:45 He lives for Hardcore & Gabber ❤
A beautiful tribute I just found today. Nice and sad at the same time. When me and my pal(s) listened to 3SA in 1996 (I was 9), he was one of our favorite artists - he still IS. RIP, Peter. DE loves ya.
🙌🏻3 steps ahead, R.I.P🙌🏻
Great tribute Drpeacock, Respect. Well mixed great, Flying High etc etc. Classic after classic yep Goosebumps 💯 ✊🏻
Again tears in my eyes. Was happy to be there, enjoying the moment ❤. Gabbers Unite
I am crying. many times i thinking about anywhere to the planet just feel the gabber feel. but im wake up, and the same things i do. i never go anywhere. 2024 I change. I promise.
leaving the home is overrated imo
@@DerGilb-xo6ji hahaha yes
God damn it, I see the title of this video and boom "you feel like you've been transported back in time" and suddenly this guy appears in the video with tears in his eyes and damn I can understand his emotions well, for many This music is just noise or boom, but for us it's feelings, every melody has its story
Man man man, wat ontzettend tof deze tribute! RIP!!!
He will be forever in the hall of fame!
So much affection to the guys crying during this set. I am listenimg to gabber since 1996 and I think PPP would have had a lot more to give to the scene, if he still was there. R.I.P.
Petertje “wish you could see this”
Wat een dikke tribute!!
Hardcore will never die
Das hab ich lange nicht mehr gehört 😂. Herrlich. Peacock bester Mann. Vielen Dank für dieses Set 👌🏻
You should thank peter.....
Early ist die beste Musik auf Erden 😍😍❤
RIP Legend 🪦
I can relate to the people just crying there, I was born in 1990, too young to ever see him but I'm watching this video on the couch and getting emotional. What a fucking legend!!!
Even if i wasn't there it made me goosebumps and shivers. I miss him and his music so very much.... still after all his years. Im the name of love was my fav track on my first Thunderdome CD. He got his influence to make Hardcore my music for almost 30 years.😢
❤ so grateful to be able to see him at the Thunderdome in 1999
IM HARDCORE TO THE BONE
❤❤❤
Gabber for life
Gabber's hero will never die !!! what a beautiful tribute
As a 20 year old ill most likely never fully experience what the culture in the 90’s was like, but you can just see and feel the raw emotion in this video, respect
HIIIGH! 🎉
WE'RE FLYING RIGHT UP TO THE SKY! ❤
Hardcore Will NEVER Die! ✊
Al die veertigers die daar staan met tranen in hun ogen...i feel you brothers and sisters👊🏻
Ook wat vijftigers 😉
We will never forget Peter Paul Pigmans. And his amazing ambition to unite people with music. Hardcore keeps you alive in our minds! Hardcore will never die. RIP my friend.
He was a musical HERO! His productions far ahead of time. Not the easiest records to mix! I understand the tears and cried a lot on his music.
If he could see this I know Peter Paul would be proud of what hardcore has begun and how big the community is! Always respect for this BIG MAN
Strange that "I love to get stoned" was not inlcuded in this tribute
AMAZING!!! Thanks for sharing - everyone that's likes hardcore should knows 3 STEPS AHEAD
3SA brought so much positivity and creativity to the hardcore scene. This tribute really does that justice. Thank you for your time and care in putting this tribute together. ❤
3SA forever!
Saw peter at thunderdome 1999. Still fan of his music. Always when we buy a thunderdome we search the songs van 3 step ahead ❤
Watery eyes .."i wish you could see this.." 🖤 🙏 PLAY THAT SHIT !
So wonderful - good old times 🎉 brought an old man to tears 🥲
Was there and loved every second of it.
Hardcore Will Never Die! ❤
one of the best dj to make a tribute to this legend, this is the 2nd tribute i heard, the 1st one was from the prophet at mysteryland 2008. it was a legend closing set of the q-dance stage
Thanks man❤ Nice to see this style is still alive! After 30 years!
Respect from Italy, I remember those unforgettable years!
Zurück in meine Jugend versetzt ❤ sehr schönes Tribut ❤ Tränen 😢 in den Augen
I remember seeing him performing at mysteryland at the maasvlakte in 1994, so sad he didn't get old.
Rest in peace Peter, your legend never dies.

Such a good producers amazing tribute! Thanks peacock !
I really love watching this video. Especially the parts with the guy who just watches the show in admiration and cries out of pure joy. I bet he grew up with Peter's music.
Goosebumps. Remember seeing him live @Thunderdom 96 in Leeuwarden (NL). Turned 50 this year but still love this music! #hardcoreneverdies
Holy fuck, cant believe it's been 20 years since his passing. My friends and I still playing his tunes every weekend at house parties, those tracks still sound like they were made yesterday. RIP 3SA!!
I'm 44 years old and have tears in my eyes. Thanks for this awesome video! Will watch it again when i wanna reminisce. ❤
Heerlijk! nu al meerdere keren afgespeeld. elke keer weer kippenvel en de traantjes! het moment dat je als 33 jaar oude man weer even terug bent in je kindertijd.
One of my favourite artist of Thunderdome era. Very nice remix, thanks for amazing music, 3 Steps Ahead !! We'll never forget..
Just thank you! For the presence of the "paint it black" rmx, and for this set that give me back more than 20 years...
With men like him and like you, "Hardcore will never die"...
Many memories of my childhood listening to this wonderful HARDCORE sound, great tribute to the master, I loved it and I'm sure he would have danced it from the Universe💫🙏
Poor lad at 6:45.il feel your pain man❤
Felt the Same. And i wasnt even there. It would have killed me
But what re his real reasons? Just emotional? Or more?!
Quite possibly a close friend of 3 steps ahead just reminiscing about the good times together hearing his tunes being played in a tribute set
@@jd-iv1lm i would have stood there Like that and i am Not a friend of PPP. If you are old enough to be a gabba from the start, you are emotionally invested on another Level
