I keep coming back to this. Firstly, it works. I usually don’t make it to the end. Secondly, it’s so sweet to be guided. Usually it’s just the listener imagining where they are, but the way this is worded we aren’t alone. You’re actually guiding us. It gives a feeling of safety and I think that helps people relax more. 😌🤎
