It includes a very functional drainage system along with a pit that is 42 inches wide and 16 feet long. The shop measures 120 feet long by 60 feet wide. It has plenty of doors to accommodate all sizes of vehicles and equipment. It also has a 18 foot by 50 foot long mezzanine which includes living quarters for seasonal workers and a coffee room. There of course are several other features highlighted in the video.

A dream to most my friend. You did it. Awesome job!!!! 10-25ton Overhead crane or at least a big jib crane would have been the cherry on top.

Now you need an addition built for the bigger combines. :-)

I was thinking the same thing. If it was my shop I would add the addition to width of it and make it just as wide as it is long. Instead of doing roll up doors I would do sliders like they use today in custom homes for the open concept to the backyard and put a small high torque electric motor to open and close it with a release on it in case something happened to be able to open and close it until you had the time to fix it so you don't have to stop production in the fields.

Most farm shops I have seen need a perimeter French drain to extend the life of the foundation and radiant heat at the entrance to service equipment in the winter.
However, I only see these in factory buildings.

Yep really getting rich off of the subsidized crop insurance that isn't worth it most of the time.
If you look at the "farm bill" it is 2/3 food stamps, a 1/4 misc other non farmer things and the rest for the farmer.
