Update: You can adjust the import behaviour in Barcode Studio. In the "Import Assistant" you are able to select (or even enter) the required column separator character.
Background information: Usually a CSV file uses commas or semicolons as column delimiter. Barcode Studio uses the semicolon by default: As a result, a CSV file which uses the comma as separator is not imported as intended.

Yes, you can print a single barcode (along with some barcode specific information) as well as simple bar-code labels.
This works on Windows and Mac OS X.
