hi. I need a very simple scan solution for inventory on my store. I only need to fill a single column with barcode numbers. The question is: the license is limited to one mobile scanning device? If I'm using 2 mobiles, do I need to buy 2 licenses? Thank you!

Its possible to conect with a datasheet that already have entries? Like find a unique number in a colum and enter a value to another one based on that ? We shoot school photos and I want to use to add the products that I sold to that student on the go

Depending on what database you're using for keeping track of your inventory. We have another video on our channel, showing how to use Scan-IT to Office for Inventory and Stock taking. Hello! Thank you for your interest in Scan-IT to Office. I'm assuming you're talking about MS Excel. You would have to use our free Add-On for Excel (available in the MS Office Store) to insert data into your spreadsheet. Every device sending data has to be connected at least once to this Add-On by scanning a QR code. To insert data, the Excel spreadsheet has to be open and the Add-On has to be running all the time. Hello! You may use the built-in form editor of the app to define your own input form (containing arbitrary input fields). Unfortunately, this built-in form editor currently does not support inventory functions (e.g. maintaining quantities for existing items in the target). Scan-IT to Office can be used on any Android-based mobile computing equipment meeting the basic requirements. Support for built-in hardware scanning engines is currently only available for ZEBRA devices, on Honeywell devices the camera scanner is used. Please contact support@tec-it.com to discuss details. The scanner doesn't read our existing bar codes that we use. How do I fix that? Do I need to teach it?

How to make 1 connection (eg spreadsheet) can be used by multiple devices. So many HP can send to just one spreadsheet

What about expiry date option ? is there any option to put expiry date while scanning ?
