I'm seeing these white looking eggs on the stem of some of the branches. It is worrying me because it is on my expensive baby tree that is supposed to grow 30 feet high.

I do tree work and a customer called me out about this same thing and when I got to looking at the tree there were at least a hundred slugs just sucking the life out of the crepe myrtle

Ok, but how to clean leaves from this black mold? I tried water horse, it helped but not fully.

soapy water can help and a microfiber cloth.

@@greensideupgardengifts2165 yes, we cleaned with soap each leave. The tree is good now. But it was lot of efforts. Horrible thing. Thank you!
