You could tell Everytime when he tried to get back into it all the emotions and memories came back to him. I couldn't imagine having that crowd singing it when I couldn't on top of the memories.
Fuck the performance on this one, a lot of emotions run through you when you're in front of people as it is without the added stuff like personal attachment to the lyrics I think he did a stellar job considering.

I see a lot of people telling him he shouldn’t sing live because he could hit the right notes. Try singing a son meant for your deceased sister without crying. You can hear him cry while singing it. Cut him a break.
and she was only 3. I couldnt even begin to imagine the pain.
I know exactly how it feels; I don't have siblings, but I relate the lyrics with some important people I had lost, and when I tried to sing along, I started crying and screaming in sorrow, my tears were out of control.

Not only did god choose her, but he also chose him.... he died recently and this song was the first thing I thought of. When this song came out, the emotions were insane. Now hearing he died as well... idk what to say. RIP EILEY AND KEATON PIERCE. So sorry for the loss to the fans, but most importantly the family. Devastating loss. Neither of you were worthless to this world.

Holy shit this has been my comfort song after losing my best friend and I just found out Keaton passed away. I hope he’s found peace now that he can be with his little sister again. RIP. Thanks for the video man.

its just like KORNS daddy, and kill you...traumatic experiences, whether its loss, anger, depression or all of the above, they write these songs so they can let it out in the form of music..using music as a channel to ventilate your sorrow, anger ect is the best way to save yourself from insanity of the past

I honestly think he did pretty well. Some of the parts especially at the beginning he was a little off and I think it's primarily both because he's used to the key of the song that was recorded in the studio, and well obviously his sister and it's a song about her so I don't blame him for either. He did very well considering those facts. And also I could almost feel the pain he was feeling singing that, and hear it in his voice. It makes me want to give him a huge huge huge hug and comfort him. I've lost a sister too and it's very difficult to lose a loved one.
Hearing the tears even in the recorded song is fuck rough. Who wouldn’t cry performing this
i seen them back in november at the masquerade they did absolutely amazing and he came and talked to me we got pictures etc..he was awesome and did amazing ~will never forget it!

Its been almost a year and I'm still not over his passing. You weren't worthless to the world, Keaton. Far from it, you were a great and kind and smart person who clearly felt very deeply and even just as a fan, life won't be the same without your music but more importantly without you. You did amazing on this performance. Rest in peace Eiley and Keaton.

Recently I’ve seen people say TCTT hasn’t been doing well live, their live performances were better a year back but this honestly is better than most. The screamo part sounded better live but I do agree he can’t hit the notes as well as he used too
