Step 1- Work in a security related industry and gain experience.
Step 2- Build a Resume, but make it professional.
Step 3- Apply or use Connection online or through a network (Like Arete Invictus).
While training through the military and law enforcement is great, those skills perish overtime so make sure you're working out and keep training even if its basic knowledge. Train and learn shooting, military acronyms, leadership traits, infantry knowledge, survival, and security material.
PMC means Private Military Contractor. The jobs in this field is numerous, you can be a security guard or a nurse or a truck drivers as a PMC.
