Arete Invictus is a U.S based network group dedicated to helping our members get jobs within the defense and security industries. We have members on domestic contracts, active military service, patrolling the streets as law enforcement, PMCs overseas in multiple countries, and protecting high level VIPs as guards. Do American PMCs hire non US citizens?
By the way im Ukrainian
For the most part no. You have to have a secret clearance for most PMC jobs, however U.S DOS in some cases uses foreign security in dangerous countries like Haiti, Iraq, and Afghanistan, so there is chance to get on one of those.

So what happens some reason you fail wps do you keep recycling or do they just drop you
Most that fail, fail the pt part of WPS. They will virtually test you (video of doing push ups, running etc) before flying you out to the course, the virtual test is harder than the actual test. If you still fail they will send you home and you get another chance in the future in another class.

I’m currently joining the British military my goal is to get a few years under my belt then apply for the royal commandos selection course hopefully after getting in the royal commandos get a few more years then sign up with a PMC or potentially go private that’s my end goal

So, I am going to take PMC and MSO courses at ESA so they provide international certification… I have never served in any army (I’m from Brazil), Is it any chances of getting contracts even if I haven’t served?
Brazil contract companies will have different requirements than other countries. Chances are if you don't have law enforcement or military background you wont get hired. Unless you did years of security and you know a person. But to be clear USA and European companies etc only hire people from their own country.

They recruit from military, law enforcement, and certain domestic security. They prefer a enlistment so 3-4 years minimum.

@@shilpavinod6748 PMCs hire mostly if not all hire out of their own countries. I believe if close to places like India, like Afghanistan the U.S hired Indians for cooks and cleaners.
No expert but most PMC"s like Triple Canopy and Constellis want either Law Enforcement experience or Combat experience Military because of where they will send you.

Thanks. The American Bar used to be called the Volcano Club. Hiking can be the 'Letterbox' walks. There are a couple of fiction stories set on the island as well as some new and out of print reference books well worth a read. The island website is also worth a browse. Shark might be a hazard but catch one and cook it - it tastes great. The island is a beautiful place with lots of history and I'd love to return again one day.
