I think option 1 is my favorite. Specially for the large windows and urban views. They are the kind of environments that make me feel inspired to work and be productive on a daily basis. I'd easily make it my study and reading room. I would install the Arco lamp from Barcelona Designs that I recently bought, a small bookcase with my favorite volumes and an ergonomic accent chair. Anyway, the fourth option also seemed fabulous. Good luck in your choice!
For someone who is apartment hunting in NY, I would’ve loved to see the names & prices cause I love the spaces but have no idea what to search for them :/
The first two apartments were The Dime residences at 275 South 5th St. They go for 3-8k. I had a lease signed with them but terminated it prematurely because of location (not the best part of Williamsburg) and because it was too small. Though for 3-4k it was a great deal.
it's only expensive for people that shell out thousands of dollars just for views. I pay $1200 a month for a modern apartment with a terrace and rooftop in Brooklyn. of course I don't have the view but yeah
Ugh I hate that I have to touch the metro screen to refill my mta card... meanwhile, let me just press and push my body/skin to turn the turnstile 🤦🏽♀️ If you are a New Yorker, no cap we use our feet 👟
Option 1 was perfect
I think it wouldve been helpful if you put the prices in the video as well.
you probably would have had a heart attack lmao don't worry
I think these range from 4-6K/month
She overpaid for a generic apartment it’s fine
