I know Juno was a fighter which is great. But I’m sure if she was your best friend and slept with your man plus led you to an unknown cave to die then that would be a whole different story 😂😂 I was so satisfied when she was left there to be eaten lol
Agreed! I still wouldn't had hurt her just because it's always better for it to be two of us fighting these creatures. But Juno doesn't deserve sympathy. Sarah had to kill Beth to end her misery, her best friend. She went through so much not just because her family died but the in the cave, she was alone the most down there. She saw the creatures and Juno was dismissive towards her. It was a whole lot happening in that cave, so she lost it.
Saying "we all lost something in that crash" is the epitome of disrespect lmao. Ma'am that was HER husband and child 😂 idc how badass Juno was, she was trash. Sleeping with her friend's husband, leading them into a cave that no one had ever been in (well, gotten out of to say they were in it) and lying about what cave it was and then lying about killing ole girl. Not killing her because that was just a freak accident, but I think lying and getting caught in said lie is why Sarah was so pissed. Well, that and everything else she had done. I for real wonder if people would have liked her so much despite how terrible she was if she wasn't so damn pretty 😂
I thought she was a badass and she did try and help her friends but the way she left Beth to suffer and die after she accidentally wounded her…not a good look. Of course, neither was sleeping with her friend’s husband. I love a good redemption arc so I was hoping we got that for Juno. (I’m pretty sure the sequel has that but I don’t remember it well).
Has nothing to do with being pretty. The fact that she was the one to save Sarah and the one killing most the creatures is why people can like her will to survive while still acknowledging she's a villain
@@lonerebeIshe didn’t save Sarah wtf Sarah saved her damn self she got every single one of her friends KILLED and you justify that by saying “she killed the most monsters” kinda bs is that she also lied about the cave, left the book in the car, and only dragged them all out there because of her own guilt for grieving somebody else’s dead husband be so fcking fr
lol I felt the same way about Juno with rooting for her even though she was kind of a villain as well (lying to her friends and leading them into a much more difficult, uncharted cave system being the thing that doomed them all in the first place) If I'm recalling correctly, the U.S. version of this movie ended with the Juno jump-scare in the car, implying Sarah did escape, while the international release has the ending you saw, which implies Sarah never got out either. As an American, we do have a very low tolerance for downer endings so I guess I can understand it.
I find it interesting how they were able to make a movie where most people liked the character that would usually be hated/seen as the villain. I wonder why? Maybe because they revealed stuff slower towards the end? Do you think you would have loved her if you knew from the very beginning she cheated with the husband?
@@Shyknit They did put in hints at the very beginning of the movie about Juno & the husband, although it's ambiguous enough that it could just be her wanting the husband vs an affair. I was spoiled for the movie by the time I watched it so knew about the affair ahead of time but still ended up liking Juno, despite myself. I think part of it is that a lot of her mistakes aren't fully her fault- she took them into the caves with good intentions and she killed Beth by an understandable accident- and she's just such a badass against the monsters you can't help but root for her. Like, there's time to hash out the betrayal of your friend having an affair with your dead husband but ONLY if you can get out of that cave alive, which is a goal that Juno's contribution to is obvious. But I think the biggest point in Juno's favor is her line about not leaving without Sarah, when Sarah was separated from the group. That was the point that, I'm not going to say "redeemed" her but certainly pulled her back from being only a villain. It's also what made Sarah's ultimate choice to leave her to die painfully into such a complicated one, rather than a just "yas girl" moment of revenge.
This movie gave me emotions. I was scared, hated the villain, wanted the villain to win, wanted everyone to survive, wanted anyone to survive, I cried, I screamed, I yelled at my screen, I covered my face... Thank you for watching my favorite horror film!
"When I say take a risk, I mean try something you have not done before...like maybe COCAINE." I was stressed watching this with you again as it was terrifying when I saw it the first time in the theater. When I say I had to pause this to collapse in laughter for 30 seconds before I continued... Thank you for the laughter before the wonderful insanity that is this film! :D You are the best.
I was only 14 when my mom and I went to see this in theaters and you reminded me of my mom when you caught the affair between Juno and Sarah's husband BEFORE the reveal. I still remember her leaning over and saying, "hell nah they were fucking!" as soon as Juno mentioned how they all lost something in the car crash. 🤣🤣🤣
“These girls are flopping hard” could not have been more true 😂 Ugh Juno is the new Esther. Shady ass can fight but…should have brought that map 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️. When Sarah got her back in the end, I went wild. Like…damn. Thanks for blessing us with another great reaction, Chu (and on the Horror Hour. Loved your appearance!). Enjoy your week!
Every time I watch a horror movie where a bunch of people or friends go somewhere and only one makes it out, I always think like how is the final person going to explain coming back alone?😅
I love this movie, amazing amount of visceral dread. My daughter told me that her and her friends all think this is one of the realest but scariest depictions of true female friendship around. If true that's terrifying
CHUUZUS, you do not know how much your video is helping me cope with my anxieties while working out at gym or just be in public in general. @@Chuuzus I suggest reacting to The Wild Thornberrys Movie (2002) if you haven’t seen it already. It is an instant favorite if you like animals like rhinos and elephants, and it shows why we must protect them from poachers. Have you seen it before?
PERIOD! I'll never stan a cheater. Thing is, someone selfish enough to cheat with their friend's partner is someone selfish enough to lead their "friends" to their demise by seeking glory for herself. And that's what she did. I think they added in the cheating part to go with the theme of her being selfish and self-serving and the damage it could have..
Right. I'm glad Juno died. I'm surprised Chuuzu liked her. She may have been strong and been a good fighter, but she did cause a lot of trouble and killed at least one person on purpose. Awful. So glad Sara lived.
You know rewatching this movie with you now that I am older makes me really rethink how I viewed the monsters and now think they could have been the victims instead. I mean the girls technically intruded upon their home. When Juno said she wanted them to DISCOVER the cave and lay some sort of claim. It's like claim to what? these creatures home? Sarah literally killed a child and then its mother. So even though we are softened to the plight of the girls they are just unsuccessful invaders (well Juno tricked them to go there) but that is how it looks from the creatures' point of view. They are just defending their home.
The way I look forward to your reactions…😂👏🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Between you and Zzavid I get ALL of my chuckles in for the week.🤣💖💖💖 Not sure if you’ve seen the movie Misery yet but it’s definitely a good one.
Yes, Juno and Paul's trifling behinds had an affair **DEATH**. You actual watched the extended version of the movie. That was the full ending with us seeing Sarah was still in the cave. When the movie was released in the states, it ended with Sarah screaming in the car when she sees a dead Juno. I was team Sarah all the way. She did the right thing. 😂
i love this film sooo much! one of my favorite horror films from that decade along with REC, the spanish film. also highly recommend the loved ones from 2009, very underrated horror film that i would love to see people react to.
This is one of my all time fave movies! I love the badass ladies. Thank you for reviewing this! For a fun horror movie, check out Dog Soldiers by the same director as the descent!
Honestly I was not a big horror fan when I was a kid like I hated scary movies but now I have a big appreciation for them, granted my boyfriend loves horror movies so I’ve gotten used to them over time haha

AHHH!! im so excited for this one i remember my dad letting me watch this when i was small 😭 if you need any movie requests i recommend jeepers creepers or 1408 if you haven’t watched ❤
Junior year high school this came out I played hooky and saw this in the theater by myself. It was an early weekday showing so the theater was pretty empty. Best movie watching experience in my life
Love your videos! It's a deep cut, but if you want to be truly and completely gagged, try watching Noroi: the Curse. It's a Japanese found footage movie from '05, somewhat similar to Incantation but presented like a TV paranormal show that goes Real Real Bad. It's on Shudder iirc
You should react to Raw (2016)! It's a french horror film about a vegeterian teen who goes to veterinary school. As part of a hazing ritual she eats raw meat for the first time in her life, and soon begins to realise certain disturbing things about herself. There's a twist right at the end that will leave you in shock. Also: - Pulse (2001) - Japanese, the BEST ghost scene EVER that is guaranteed to make you 💩! - Eden Lake (2008) - Brutal, Bleak, Traumatising - Climax (2018) - French, Disturbing, Anxiety-inducing Nightmare (like that movie "Mother!" except x100), Amazing cinematography and dance choreography.
I've seen this a dozen times probably. I recently watched this with a friend who had never seen it and she jumped at all the scenes I expected her too. It was hilarious 😈
i loved it! definitely had me conflicted as hell throughout it though TT i recommend "In The Tall Grass", its an all time favorite of mine that i re watch every now and then, it never gets old. Love your videos :)

Thank you Jessus! I've been waiting for this one! I was one fo the ones who recommended it before. You are hilarious!!! Keep it UP! Your videos make my week!
Loved your reaction as always. May I recommend you reacting to "Fear" with Reese Witherspoon and Mark Wahlberg or "Better Watch Out" if you haven't already? They're really good films
this movie actually has an official ending. this was the original, directors cut but it had to be redone so they could make a 2nd. it ends with her escaping in the jeep.
I remember watching this movie growing up and just loving it! It also told me to stay my ass away from caves and people who want to go be a homewrecker while pretending to be your friend. ALSO!!! You should definitely watch Ghost Ship next!
CHU!!! I think you would really like the film Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum. It’s a Korean film, and let me tell you, it will have you SHAKING hahah. It’s streaming on Amazon Prime Video right now.
I really appreciate that someone has finally recognized Juno for the badass she is…she was always my favorite character. Yes, it was extremely stupid of her to leave the guide but when the threat arrives, she is ride or die. JUNO is the ONLY reason Sarah survived…and she decided to leave her to die for something she had no proof actually happened…also who can blame Juno for leaving Beth?? like we all didn’t think that girly was dead and gone…
you can like juno without having to make excuses for her selfish bad behavior. sarah was grieving the death of her family, lost her actual best friend in beth, and found out that her marriage was a lie all while dealing with being in actual danger. no sarah wasn't sure the affair was real but with her already severe grief/depression tied with the little evidence she was given felt severe betrayal and anger on top of everything else. juno is a bad ass who did her best to save everyone from the situation SHE put them all in which i applaud her for but her want and need to save sarah imo was her guilt eating at her and nothing to do with her being a "ride or die"
Juno was a badass, and when everything really started going downhill in the cave she proved how much she cared. However, doesn't excuse the fact that she led 5 friends into an uncharted cave without their knowledge (even if she did have good intentions), she did have an affair with her friends husband, and she did leave Beth to die (even if she thought she was going to die anyway and I do think it was a bit stupid of Beth to approach Juno silently, but she didn't have to just leave her. She could have stayed with her until she died or made sure she didn't suffer). Also leaving the guide really didn't matter as it was a guide to Boreham Caverns and the cave Juno led them into was an unknown cave.
Juno was selfish all around. And her doing _some_ decent things doesn't cancel out the bad things she did. They all had their lives taken in brutal ways because of HER. Her selfishness in the beginning (cheating with her supposed friend's husband) foreshadowed her being selfish again. She got what she deserved.
@@fartmsHonestly, the look on Juno's face when she saw that necklace -- particularly the message from her friend's husband -- was all the proof needed. Her face was guilty AF and also a little defiant like, "Yeah, I did, but what does it matter now?"
This movie gave me nightmares my entire childhood because of claustrophobia and fear of dark places, but i actually find myself LOVING this movie now that im older and realise that its no finna happen to me because i aint stupid 🥲🥲
Jump scares keep the blood pumping lol. You and Zzavid bpth are my Saturday routine and neither of you disappoint! When you finish with the 2000's check out Vivarium! It's thriller turned comedy turned dragon lol!
oh my gosh this is one of my favourite horror movies ever but I hardly see any reaction videos for it. I'm so excited!! another film that for some reason always comes to mind when i think of this one (and i almost always end up watching both together as a double feature) is As Above, So Below (2014). the reviews for it seem to be quite polarizing but i absolutely love it and would love for you to see it too!
Hey Chuu! I was just thinking about u before u uploaded lol, can't wait to watch this. This was my movie growing up!! but omg a great 2000s horror movie franchise that you should react to is Jeepers Creepers (parts 1 and 2). Don't bother with the 3rd movie (bc its trash).. but the first two movies are a must! Hope you decide to watch it sometime 💗💗

I forgot to mention in my other comments how much I love your reactions and I swear in the beginning when you were talking about people who do thrill seeking stuff, right as I was thinking, "Nah uh...not black people", you then said it. 🤣 We ain't about that life. Pass. 😂
If you enjoyed this film, you might wanna check out As Above, So Below; it's got a similar vibe. My dad couldn't finish it because it made him so uncomfortable.
There is an argument to be made that this is the best horror movie of all time, especially with the original ending (which you watched). I've never seen a horror movie cover so many themes and be either great or the best at it: psychological horror (by far the best claustrophobia horror), good jump scares, character and story were good, the twists were not predictable, the gore was top notch, and the monsters were almost Lord of The Rings quality. Not to mention the very good music and the cinematography. The original ending goes along with the rest of the movie in not holding back in a truly horrific way. As a horror genera fan, I kind of feel bad for recommending the following movie as it might be the most brutal horror movie I've seen (Human Centipede has nothing on this movie) and it is tough to watch but worth it for the ending (also a 2000's movie), Martyrs. It is French, so you might need subs. I love re-watching The Descent once in a while, but I will never watch Martyrs ever again.
Couple seconds in, but I cannot focus BECAUSE YOUR SHIRT IS F*CKING AMAZING!!!!!! The design, graphic, colors, the white piping detailing on the collar... art is most definitely your color, mmhhhhhh.
Love love love your reactions so much! Have you ever seen What Lies Beneath? It’s a psychological horror from early 2000 so so good. I would love to see your reaction to it.
2000’s horror/ horror thriller movies that I don’t see many people react too. Bless the child, what lies beneath, Dracula 2000, the cell, Valentine, Dead end, dawn of the dead, the skeleton key, the hills have eyes, black Xmas, slither, the omen, 1408, 30 days of night, prom night

I remember this movie had me STRESSED. the scare at 19:14 launched me several feet in the air when I first watched it.
That movie is wild! I loved it!
Also:
- Pulse (2001) - Japanese, the BEST ghost scene EVER that is guaranteed to make you 💩!
- Eden Lake (2008) - Brutal, Bleak, Traumatising
- Climax (2018) - French, Disturbing, Anxiety-inducing Nightmare (like that movie "Mother!" except x100), Amazing cinematography and dance choreography.
I've seen this a dozen times probably. I recently watched this with a friend who had never seen it and she jumped at all the scenes I expected her too. It was hilarious 😈
Juno, you survived!
I love your horror reactions, I'm glad you're reacting to the old 2000s ones, really enjoy it!
Thank you for watching this for us because I can’t do broken bones like that! 🫣
i loved it! definitely had me conflicted as hell throughout it though TT i recommend "In The Tall Grass", its an all time favorite of mine that i re watch every now and then, it never gets old. Love your videos :)
Chu I just love you, I'm so glad to be on this ride of watching horror movies with you! Not only do you keep me entertained but now I go watch the movie before I watch your reaction even when I'm nervous lol!
Chuuzus mentioned Blu Cantrell at 12:10, I knew I subscribed to this channel correctly
lmao Blu Cantrell’s breathe is my jam!
i honestly wait for your reactions every weekend, love the movies the community recommends you
This movie used to come on tv for a week straight when I was like 10 or 11, I was hooked. This and Disturbia with Shia labeouf
Thank you Jessus! I've been waiting for this one! I was one fo the ones who recommended it before. You are hilarious!!! Keep it UP! Your videos make my week!
i swear this might be the funniest reaction video i've ever seen 😭
I was just watching reactions to this movie yesterday!! It’s like you’re reading my mind 💞 love you, Chuuzus 💓
I loved the reaction 😂 horror reactions are my fav cause I’m sat here like “just wait til you see”
Loved your reaction as always.
Love U. U are my best part of the week !!
🥺🖤🖤
I remember watching this movie growing up and just loving it! It also told me to stay my ass away from caves and people who want to go be a homewrecker while pretending to be your friend. ALSO!!! You should definitely watch Ghost Ship next!
Wouldnt have mattered if Juno brought the book because it was a map for a different cave.
As Above So Below is also a good film to watch! It's also filmed in tight cavernous spaces and is a found footage film.
“So scary you know, water and rocks anything can happen, you could hit your head…” , Honey, you’ve got a big storm comin 😀
CHU!!! I think you would really like the film Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum. It’s a Korean film, and let me tell you, it will have you SHAKING hahah. It’s streaming on Amazon Prime Video right now.
I have watched this reaction like 5 times it's so good. You always crack me up Chu! ❤️
Adding this to my favorites list lol I've never seen this film by I was laughing this whole reaction! Thanks for always brightening my day!

Hope you decide to watch it sometime 💗💗
i will definitely watch this. thank you 🖤🖤
@@Chuuzus yayy, the 2nd one is my personal fav. I think you'll like it too. Looking forward to it 🥺
I love your videos sooooo much!! I’d die for your reaction to Hell House LLC! It’s one of the few horror movies that scares me even after seeing it many times!
A welcomed surprise reaction from my boo Chu! Loved this, that movie messed me up though. Watch "The Cave" next, similar vibes, sexy men including Morris Chestnut. 😘
oh yeah let's gooo. Also, totally agree on winter. I'm from Cuba but live in Canada. I went white water rafting in Ottawa and it was the scariest thing I've ever done. So fun though
Prt2 omg I love your channel!!! ❤
I watched this movie with my friends when we were 12. still the scariest movie I've ever seen, and I think it gave me claustrophobia 💀
I'm so happy to see your channel growing !
I love your reaction sm ahah
Anytime I watch your videos it's like I'm watching a movie with one of my friends 😊 I get excited when you upload like yay my YT friend just posted lol (hope that isn't too weird 😅) You have such an amazing energy about you 😄 OK I'll stop now lol
Omg you are just as hilarious as the the first time I saw your gossip girl reactions. If I can make some suggestions. You should watch the second decent movie to see the conclusion. Also the first leprechaun or when he went to the hood lol or the movie a haunting from 1999. I just think you may enjoy them since your thinking of doing more horror movies. Love your work.😃
I remember this movie!! Totally forgot about the beginning. . Good Movie!!
Yahoooo for Chuuuu!!! I’m going to get a little high, wait for it to get a little darker and then I’m going to enjoy the hell out of your reaction! Happy Saturday to me!✌🏻💖
22:50 That scream tho 😂😂😂
I LOVE your channel! I found you from your Encanto reaction. LOVED IT! Being Somali, I feel like I'm watching a movie with my family when I watch your videos. Keep up the great work my friend
I love how you pointed out how much Sarah changed. She became I knew woman after that blood bath.
I forgot to mention in my other comments how much I love your reactions and I swear in the beginning when you were talking about people who do thrill seeking stuff, right as I was thinking, "Nah uh...not black people", you then said it. 🤣 We ain't about that life. Pass. 😂
Guys we have to get Chu to a 100k! He is so funny 😂😂😂
This one of my favorite movies, this international ending is better than the american one
My claustrophobia could never😜
Oh man, I remember seeing this in theaters!
Any day Chu posts is a great day!!💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
Best reaction to this film. I was shocked by the ending as well.
Yasss 29k come on then 🎈🎊🥳
Love love love your reactions so much! Have you ever seen What Lies Beneath? It’s a psychological horror from early 2000 so so good. I would love to see your reaction to it.
Yaaaas! Love this movie, so excited for this reaction!
Best movie review channel on YT! I'm sure you'll hit 50k soon
YESSSSS. I'm obsessed with this film!!!!
Omggggg!! I can’t wait for the reaction I literally just clicked and started typing lol this is such an underrated movie ❤️ have a great day!!!
